 We once again go "down under", and learn from our Brothers in Arms 
in Australia. The reflection of America is clearly seen in this 
illustration of the present gun laws in Australia.
 
May we learn from Australians who have paid dearly in loss of freedom, 
as my very dedicated friend living in Australia can attest to.
 
 We may see similar isolated incidences in America as found in this article, 
but in Australia, it is COMMON PLACE, because it is NOW law.
 
 Read America, and arise from your sleep. You are almost there.......

 To bring home to our common allies the real effects of mandatory 
storage requirements - the following example from a country town in 
New South Wales will clearly show what your legislators are aiming for.
    
 Recently in the small country town of Orange, in our most populous state of 
New South Wales, a shop owner was confronted by an assailant armed with a 
firearm demanding the shop's takings.  The shop owner retrieved a 9mm 
handgun and shot the man who subsequently died.
 
 You would think that it is a straight forward case of being threatened 
with lethal force and an appropriate level of response to that threat.
 
 Not so in Australia.
 
 The shopkeeper is now facing a number of weapons charges including 
failing to comply with the safe storage requirements of keeping his 
firearm in a locked safe with the ammunition in a separate locked 
safe or container and other weapons offenses.
 
 These offenses lead to confiscation of all firearms, cancellation of 
licenses and subsequent disqualification from further firearm 
licensing and ownership - probably for life.  In addition the police 
have indicated that the shop owner is likely to face future weapons 
charges and potential manslaughter indictments depending on the 
official Coroners Court verdicts.
 
 Use a weapon to save your life and forget about your rights to gun 
ownership, because to use your gun almost automatically means that 
you have breached the weapons act - committed a "felony" in your 
terms - so kiss your abilities to defend yourself legally good bye!!
 
 This is exactly what the anti gunners and the great deceiver 
himself (Clinton) want.  Fight mandatory storage requirements 
to the death or you will find yourselves caught between the rock 
and a very hard place with criminal and civil liabilities aimed right at you.
