Psa 50:1 The mighty God, even the LORD, hath spoken, and called the earth from the rising of the sun unto the going down thereof. Psa 50:1 The Mighty One, God, the Lord, has spoken, And summoned the earth from the rising of the sun to its setting. Psa 50:1 ψαλμὸς τῷ Ασαφ θεὸς θεῶν κύριος ἐλάλησεν καὶ ἐκάλεσεν τὴν γῆν ἀπὸ ἀνατολῶν ἡλίου καὶ μέχρι δυσμῶν
Psa 50:2 Out of Zion, the perfection of beauty, God hath shined. Psa 50:2 Out of Zion, the perfection of beauty, God has shone forth. Psa 50:2 ἐκ Σιων ἡ εὐπρέπεια τῆς ὡραιότητος αὐτοῦ ὁ θεὸς ἐμφανῶς ἥξει
Psa 50:3 Our God shall come, and shall not keep silence: a fire shall devour before him, and it shall be very tempestuous round about him. Psa 50:7 Hear, O my people, and I will speak; O Israel, and I will testify against thee: I am God, even thy God. Psa 50:8 I will not reprove thee for thy sacrifices or thy burnt offerings, to have been continually before me. Psa 50:14 Offer unto God thanksgiving; and pay thy vows unto the most High: Psa 50:14 "Offer to God a sacrifice of thanksgiving And pay your vows to the Most High; Psa 50:14 θῦσον τῷ θεῷ θυσίαν αἰνέσεως καὶ ἀπόδος τῷ ὑψίστῳ τὰς εὐχάς σου
Psa 50:15 And call upon me in the day of trouble: I will deliver thee, and thou shalt glorify me. Psa 50:15 Call upon Me in the day of trouble; I shall rescue you, and you will honor Me." Psa 50:15 καὶ ἐπικάλεσαί με ἐν ἡμέρᾳ θλίψεως καὶ ἐξελοῦμαί σε καὶ δοξάσεις με διάψαλμα
Psa 50:16 But unto the wicked God saith, What hast thou to do to declare my statutes, or that thou shouldest take my covenant in thy mouth? Psa 50:16 But to the wicked God says, "What right have you to tell of My statutes And to take My covenant in your mouth? Psa 50:16 τῷ δὲ ἁμαρτωλῷ εἶπεν ὁ θεός ἵνα τί σὺ διηγῇ τὰ δικαιώματά μου καὶ ἀναλαμβάνεις τὴν διαθήκην μου διὰ στόματός σου
Psa 50:17 Seeing thou hatest instruction, and casteth my words behind thee. Psa 50:17 "For you hate discipline, And you cast My words behind you. Psa 50:17 σὺ δὲ ἐμίσησας παιδείαν καὶ ἐξέβαλες τοὺς λόγους μου εἰς τὰ ὀπίσω
Psa 50:18 When thou sawest a thief, then thou consentedst with him, and hast been partaker with adulterers. Psa 50:18 "When you see a thief, you are pleased with him, And you associate with adulterers. Psa 50:18 εἰ ἐθεώρεις κλέπτην συνέτρεχες αὐτῷ καὶ μετὰ μοιχῶν τὴν μερίδα σου ἐτίθεις
Psa 50:19 Thou givest thy mouth to evil, and thy tongue frameth deceit. Psa 50:19 "You let your mouth loose in evil And your tongue frames deceit. Psa 50:19 τὸ στόμα σου ἐπλεόνασεν κακίαν καὶ ἡ γλῶσσά σου περιέπλεκεν δολιότητα
Psa 50:20 Thou sittest and speakest against thy brother; thou slanderest thine own mother's son. Psa 50:20 "You sit and speak against your brother; You slander your own mother's son. Psa 50:20 καθήμενος κατὰ τοῦ ἀδελφοῦ σου κατελάλεις καὶ κατὰ τοῦ υἱοῦ τῆς μητρός σου ἐτίθεις σκάνδαλον
Psa 50:21 These things hast thou done, and I kept silence; thou thoughtest that I was altogether such an one as thyself: but I will reprove thee, and set them in order before thine eyes. Psa 50:21 "These things you have done and I kept silence; You thought that I was just like you; I will reprove you and state the case in order before your eyes. Psa 50:21 ταῦτα ἐποίησας καὶ ἐσίγησα ὑπέλαβες ἀνομίαν ὅτι ἔσομαί σοι ὅμοιος ἐλέγξω σε καὶ παραστήσω κατὰ πρόσωπόν σου
Psa 50:22 Now consider this, ye that forget God, lest I tear you in pieces, and there be none to deliver. Psa 50:22 "Now consider this, you who forget God, Or I will tear you in pieces, and there will be none to deliver. Psa 50:22 σύνετε δὴ ταῦτα οἱ ἐπιλανθανόμενοι τοῦ θεοῦ μήποτε ἁρπάσῃ καὶ μὴ ᾖ ὁ ῥυόμενος
Psa 50:23 Whoso offereth praise glorifieth me: and to him that ordereth his conversation aright will I shew the salvation of God. Psa 50:23 "He who offers a sacrifice of thanksgiving honors Me; And to him who orders his way aright I shall show the salvation of God." Psa 50:23 θυσία αἰνέσεως δοξάσει με καὶ ἐκεῖ ὁδός ᾗ δείξω αὐτῷ τὸ σωτήριον τοῦ θεοῦ
Psa 51:1 Have mercy upon me, O God, according to thy lovingkindness: according unto the multitude of thy tender mercies blot out my transgressions. Psa 51:1 Be gracious to me, O God, according to Your lovingkindness; According to the greatness of Your compassion blot out my transgressions. Psa 51:1 εἰς τὸ τέλος ψαλμὸς τῷ Δαυιδ
Psa 51:2 Wash me throughly from mine iniquity, and cleanse me from my sin. Psa 51:2 Wash me thoroughly from my iniquity And cleanse me from my sin. Psa 51:2 ἐν τῷ ἐλθεῖν πρὸς αὐτὸν Ναθαν τὸν προφήτην ἡνίκα εἰσῆλθεν πρὸς Βηρσαβεε

Psa 51:4 Against thee, thee only, have I sinned, and done this evil in thy sight: that thou mightest be justified when thou speakest, and be clear when thou judgest. Psa 51:5 Behold, I was shapen in iniquity; and in sin did my mother conceive me. Psa 51:5 Behold, I was brought forth in iniquity, And in sin my mother conceived me. Psa 51:5 ὅτι τὴν ἀνομίαν μου ἐγὼ γινώσκω καὶ ἡ ἁμαρτία μου ἐνώπιόν μού ἐστιν διὰ παντός
Psa 51:6 Behold, thou desirest truth in the inward parts: and in the hidden part thou shalt make me to know wisdom. Psa 51:6 Behold, You desire truth in the innermost being, And in the hidden part You will make me know wisdom. Psa 51:14 Deliver me from bloodguiltiness, O God, thou God of my salvation: and my tongue shall sing aloud of thy righteousness. Psa 51:16 For thou desirest not sacrifice; else would I give it: thou delightest not in burnt offering. Psa 51:19 Then shalt thou be pleased with the sacrifices of righteousness, with burnt offering and whole burnt offering: then shall they offer bullocks upon thine altar. Psa 52:5 God shall likewise destroy thee for ever, he shall take thee away, and pluck thee out of thy dwelling place, and root thee out of the land of the living. Selah. Psa 52:5 But God will break you down forever; He will snatch you up and tear you away from your tent, And uproot you from the land of the living. Selah. Psa 52:6 The righteous also shall see, and fear, and shall laugh at him: Psa 52:6 The righteous will see and fear, And will laugh at him, saying, Psa 52:6 ἠγάπησας πάντα τὰ ῥήματα καταποντισμοῦ γλῶσσαν δολίαν
Psa 52:7 Lo, this is the man that made not God his strength; but trusted in the abundance of his riches, and strengthened himself in his wickedness. Psa 52:7 "Behold, the man who would not make God his refuge, But trusted in the abundance of his riches And was strong in his evil desire." Psa 52:8 But I am like a green olive tree in the house of God: I trust in the mercy of God for ever and ever. Psa 52:9 I will praise thee for ever, because thou hast done it: and I will wait on thy name; for it is good before thy saints. Psa 53:1 The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. Corrupt are they, and have done abominable iniquity: there is none that doeth good. Psa 53:1 The fool has said in his heart, "There is no God." They are corrupt, and have committed abominable injustice; There is no one who does good. Psa 53:2 God looked down from heaven upon the children of men, to see if there were any that did understand, that did seek God. Psa 53:2 God has looked down from heaven upon the sons of men To see if there is anyone who understands, Who seeks after God. Psa 53:2 εἶπεν ἄφρων ἐν καρδίᾳ αὐτοῦ οὐκ ἔστιν θεός διεφθάρησαν καὶ ἐβδελύχθησαν ἐν ἀνομίαις οὐκ ἔστιν ποιῶν ἀγαθόν
Psa 53:3 Every one of them is gone back: they are altogether become filthy; there is none that doeth good, no, not one. Psa 53:3 Every one of them has turned aside; together they have become corrupt; There is no one who does good, not even one. Psa 53:3 ὁ θεὸς ἐκ τοῦ οὐρανοῦ διέκυψεν ἐπὶ τοὺς υἱοὺς τῶν ἀνθρώπων τοῦ ἰδεῖν εἰ ἔστιν συνίων ἢ ἐκζητῶν τὸν θεόν
Psa 53:4 Have the workers of iniquity no knowledge? who eat up my people as they eat bread: they have not called upon God. Psa 53:4 Have the workers of wickedness no knowledge, Who eat up My people as though they ate bread And have not called upon God? Psa 53:4 πάντες ἐξέκλιναν ἅμα ἠχρεώθησαν οὐκ ἔστιν ποιῶν ἀγαθόν οὐκ ἔστιν ἕως ἑνός
Psa 53 5 There were they in great fear, where no fear was: for God hath scattered the bones of him that encampeth against thee thou hast put them to shame, because God hath despised them. Psa 53:5 There they were in great fear where no fear had been; For God scattered the bones of him who encamped against you; You put them to shame, because God had rejected them. Psa 53:5 οὐχὶ γνώσονται πάντες οἱ ἐργαζόμενοι τὴν ἀνομίαν οἱ ἔσθοντες τὸν λαόν μου βρώσει ἄρτου τὸν θεὸν οὐκ ἐπεκαλέσαντο
Psa 53:6 Oh that the salvation of Israel were come out of Zion! When God bringeth back the captivity of his people, Jacob shall rejoice, and Israel shall be glad. Psa 53:6 Oh, that the salvation of Israel would come out of Zion! When God restores His captive people, Let Jacob rejoice, let Israel be glad. Psa 55:19 God shall hear, and afflict them, even he that abideth of old. Selah. Because they have no changes, therefore they fear not God. Psa 55:22 Cast thy burden upon the LORD, and he shall sustain thee: he shall never suffer the righteous to be moved. Psa 55:23 But thou, O God, shalt bring them down into the pit of destruction: bloody and deceitful men shall not live out half their days; but I will trust in thee.
