Mat 1:25 And knew her not till she had brought forth her firstborn son: and he called his name JESUS.(kjv) Mat 1:25 but kept her a virgin until she gave birth to a Son; and he called His name Jesus.
Mat 2:1 Now when Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judaea in the days of Herod the king, behold, there came wise men from the east to Jerusalem, (kjv) Mat 2:1 Now after Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judea in the days of Herod the king, magi from the east arrived in Jerusalem, saying, Mat|2|1|τοῦ δὲ ἰησοῦ γεννηθέντος ἐν βηθλέεμ τῆς ἰουδαίας ἐν ἡμέραις ἡρῴδου τοῦ βασιλέως, ἰδοὺ μάγοι ἀπὸ ἀνατολῶν παρεγένοντο εἰς ἱεροσόλυμα
Mat 2:2 Saying, Where is he that is born King of the Jews? for we have seen his star in the east, and are come to worship him. (kjv) Mat 2:2 "Where is He who has been born King of the Jews? Mat 2:3 When Herod the king had heard these things, he was troubled, and all Jerusalem with him. (kjv) Mat 2:3 When Herod the king heard this, he was troubled, and all Jerusalem with him.
Mat 2:4 And when he had gathered all the chief priests and scribes of the people together, he demanded of them where Christ should be born. (kjv) Mat 2:4 Gathering together all the chief priests and scribes of the people, he inquired of them where the Messiah was to be born.
Mat 2:5 And they said unto him, In Bethlehem of Judaea: for thus it is written by the prophet, (kjv) Mat 2:5 They said to him," In Bethlehem of Judea; for this is what has been written by the prophet: Mat|2|5|οἱ δὲ εἶπαν αὐτῶ, ἐν βηθλέεμ τῆς ἰουδαίας· οὕτως γὰρ γέγραπται διὰ τοῦ προφήτου·
Mat 2:6 And thou Bethlehem, in the land of Juda, art not the least among the princes of Juda: for out of thee shall come a Governor, that shall rule my people Israel. (kjv) Mat 2:6 'And you, Bethlehem, land of Judah, Are by no means least among the leaders of Judah; For out of you shall come forth a Ruler Who will shepherd My people Israel.
Mat 2:7 Then Herod, when he had privily called the wise men, enquired of them diligently what time the star appeared. (kjv) Mat 2:7 Then Herod secretly called the magi and determined from them the exact time the star appeared.
Mat 2:8 And he sent them to Bethlehem, and said, Go and search diligently for the young child; and when ye have found him, bring me word again, that I may come and worship him also. (kjv) Mat 2:8 And he sent them to Bethlehem and said," Go and search carefully for the Child; and when you have found Him, report to me, so that I too may come and worship Him."

Mat 2:12 And being warned of God in a dream that they should not return to Herod, they departed into their own country another way. (kjv) Mat 2:12 And having been warned by God in a dream not to return to Herod, the magi left for their own country by another way. Mat 2:13 And when they were departed, behold, the angel of the Lord appeareth to Joseph in a dream, saying, Arise, and take the young child and his mother, and flee into Egypt, and be thou there until I bring thee word: for Herod will seek the young child to destroy him.
