I continue to hang out here, even a year after my XJ was stolen. However I learned all I needed to know to help me select my "new" WJ from you and this list.... so I meant off topic, because that is not really much of a Jeep. (and was only kidding... I enjoy the off topic stuff around here ) That "Jeep" is like the old story about the guy who is using his dad's hammer and passing it to his son, telling him what a great hammer it has been, even after he had replaced the head and the handle...... Not much left of what it once was. I have to relocate the server in the near future... wagoneers.com gets a lot of traffic so it's going to be a challenge to find a suitable location that will not degrade it's performance... I registered the domain in 1997 or so. I've tried hosting it on lower speed connections and it was horrible... rather than attempt to do that again I'll sell it. It's been in the top 10% of registered domains for some time... not sure where 482,554 ranks overall, haven't looked for some time, nor have I done anything to enhance it. I will keep most of my content at johnmeister.com, but would be willing to sell content that is suitable with the domain... and of course the advertising, although it's quite limited. Anyone know how to market/sell a well established and commercially viable domain???? Of course I'd consider trading for camera gear or vehicles... ;) Oh yeah, and you get the FSJ sticker and all rights to it as well... for the right price I'll sell the physical server as well... it's a Sun Ultra 20 running Opertron chip set and SuSE Linux... physical hosting is also available, not sure what the monthly costs will be, I can research that... john ----- - ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Snohomish, Washington -o|||||o- where Jeeps don't rust, they mold http://AMSOIL.com/redirect.cgi?zo=283461 si vis pacem, para bellum http://johnmeister.com http://wagoneers.com http://fotomeister.us - ------------------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------ Date: Mon, 24 May 2010 15:03:53 -0700 (PDT) From: john Subject: xj: RE: fsj: wagoneers.com Urlappraisal.net says $27,814.37. dan black says dnscop or something like that put it at $1510.
