I could have used the pickup truck... but my TDI was already warmed up... shared this with friends on facebook last night, seems to be a hit, thought I'd share here... http://fotomeister.us/2012/05-May-08-Seattle-mac/IMG_5616_2012-05-09.jpg the rest of the pictures are of Seattle traffic the other day, went down to look at a vehicle... the guy didn't show, but I got to enjoy post-rush hour traffic in Seattle, and did enjoy a weisswurst at Bratz in the U district... and got to watch the low fuel light come on while heading north on I-405 (I didn't take the toll floating bridge, drove down to I-90's floating bridge, yeah, the one that sank in 1996.... that one...) http://fotomeister.us/2012/05-May-08-Seattle-mac/ALL.html john ----- - ------------------------------------------------------------------------ -o|||||o- john-at- http://wagoneers.com TRSTGZS Snohomish, Washington - where Jeeps and Diesels don't rust, they mold buy direct: http://AMSOIL.com/redirect.cgi?zo=283461 - -------------------------------------------------------------------------- b^\A thorough knowledge of the Bible is worth more than a college educationb^] Theodore Roosevelt (American 26th US President (1901-09), 1858-1919) - -------------------------------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------ Date: Thu, 10 May 2012 19:54:04 -0700 (PDT) From: john Subject: xj: RE: Diesel JK (fwd) FYI: passing this along... http://www.4wdandsportutility.com/features/jeep/1205_4wd_bruiser_jeep_wrangle r_jk_cummins_diesel_conversions/index.html ----- - ------------------------------------------------------------------------ -o|||||o- john-at- http://wagoneers.com TRSTGZS Snohomish, Washington - where Jeeps and Diesels don't rust, they mold buy direct: http://AMSOIL.com/redirect.cgi?zo=283461 - -------------------------------------------------------------------------- b^\A thorough knowledge of the Bible is worth more than a college educationb^] Theodore Roosevelt (American 26th US President (1901-09), 1858-1919) - -------------------------------------------------------------------------- - ---------- Forwarded message ---------- From: Darren K. Ray was the driver, Hank was the passenger... Hank was one of those quiet types didn't say much... anyway, it's not all that uncommon to see classics running around here, but thought I'd share... after a nice Washington State trooper, who happened to be 20 years younger than the Scout, gave Ray a push down the hill and he was able to ungunk the carb in my driveway... was a lot easier than a few feet from traffic... :) http://fotomeister.us/2012/05-May-11-tulip-64Scout/ALL.html (nice meeting you Ray...) http://wagoneers.com/johns-vehicles.html john ----- - ------------------------------------------------------------------------ -o|||||o- john-at- http://wagoneers.com TRSTGZS Snohomish, Washington - where Jeeps and Diesels don't rust, they mold buy direct: http://AMSOIL.com/redirect.cgi?zo=283461 - -------------------------------------------------------------------------- b^\A thorough knowledge of the Bible is worth more than a college educationb^] Theodore Roosevelt (American 26th US President (1901-09), 1858-1919) - -------------------------------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------ End of xj-digest V1 #3384 *************************
