Remove the arm assembly to expose a hidden screw. Be careful with this. It comes apart in pieces.

T25 Torx
After the turn signal assembly is removed and out of the way, Use a T25 torx to remove the 4 remaining bolts. Take this oportunity to find the turn signal harnes. Pull on it with one hand while you are under the dash looking for what is moving. Once identified, disconnect the turn signal harness from the steering column to get more slack to move the whole thing out of the way.

Metal and plastic
See that metal rod in the lower right? It fits into a hole deep inside the column and actuates with the plastic thingy in the lower left of the screen.

Wobble screw in site
OK. Lower left. See that hole? It leads all the way down to one of the screws holding this whole thing together. You may need to actuate the tilt mechanism to get all the way down there. I believe that it's a 6mm reverse torx (female torx). Unscrew (if still screwed in) the screw. Coat the screw with Locktite 271 or equivalent anti-vibrate locktite and screw it back in as tight as you can get it!.
