Mine will be a (comparatively) whimpy 4.6L with about 200-275 HP and 200+ ft/lbs of torque -at-2500 RPM (estimated from the chart I posted awhile back from Desktop Dyno) The EFI wiring isn't so bad once you understand what each part does (which is why my J10 upgrade is taking so long to get off the ground! I want to do it once, and right the first and only time!) It is easier to do with a '91 or newer, because the whole harness is under the hood, instaed of 1/2 under the dash. The power increase from the head swap to a '91 or newer setup (even carbed) alone is worth the effort! (45-75 HP gain on dyno tests depending which STOCK cam you use) I would go with the split level 4 bbl intake made by Offenhauser if I was to put a carb back on my I-6 (but I'm going LPG injection instead) At 07:00 PM 11/5/00 -0500, WWCustomRebld-at-aol.com wrote: Hi John !! i've got a 84 CJ 7 Laredo with a 258 .
