Otherwise five gallon, ten gallon, or thirty gallon.......well, it really depends on how far you have to go if you are still driving with the filter off...... :) BTW......had to spend 4 days kinda sudden like....weighing Butterball Turkeys.....while in Phoenix last weekend. Saw LOTS of FSJ's. Wagoneers, Cherokees, pickups..... And with NO RUST. Man, I wanted to have one and take it back to Chicago.... I need to spend some time with Rez. She's leaking in the rain and I can't tell where. Seems to get wet on either side of the front floor boards. Near as I can tell, the floor isn't rusted through anywhere.....it's not real clear where the water is coming from. I think it happens while driving. Got up this morning to 2" of snow all over everything today.....going to be a loooonnnnnggg winter I think...... I want to go back to Phoenix!!!! - --Vince '81 Wagoneer - ----- Original Message ----- From: To: Sent: Sunday, November 17, 2002 4:14 PM Subject: fsj: Motor Oil Help!!! One was a day or two after changing the filter (and oil), the other was immediately after changing it. I can't remember what number they were, but I can look sometime -- think it was a PF25 or PF35 or something (Fram, might've even been one of their Double Guard or whatever). Since then I've been using I think the PF11 (extra big) and haven't had any further problems. - ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The trouble with hitting the jackpot on a slot machine is that it takes so long to put the money back. - -------------- Dan Black ------------------------- dan-at-black.org -------------- ------------------------------ Date: Mon, 18 Nov 2002 11:23:08 -0800 From: "Jim B" Subject: fsj: fwd: Jeep interchangable parts A: Can anyone help him? Reply to lambe013-at-bama.ua.edu >From lambe013-at-bama.ua.edu I got this e-mail address from your Virtual Jeep web site which I got from the FSJ-List digest. I read where you are working on publishing interchangable parts lists for FSJ's. I was wondering if you might be able to give me some advice. I need some power motors and can't find any parts vehicles around here (Alabama). Can you give me some advice about replacing these parts without paying an arm and a leg? I've heard of some people who can rebuild these motors...have you? This is what I need: 1. Passenger's front door power window motor 2. Both power mirror motors 3. Both power seat motors/regulators If you have any advice I would greatly appreciate your time.
