The rear is a Dana 60 from a '76 J20 (8 lug, full float) 3.73 possibly open or posi (didn't pull the cover) $250 takes it drum to drum. The front Dana 44 axle I have is from my '84 J10, but it's the same as J20 out to the brakes, which aren't included unless you want the J10 ones. It has newly installed (zero miles since install) 4.10 gears with new bearings and carrier. I'm into it for -at-$600 and I'm selling it for $450 obo. I also have a set of used 3.31 gears (D44) for $25, a D44 SOA front axle 3.08 open (fits '74 to '79 J truck/ Cherokee Wide Track or '80 and later model with earlier trans/xfer combo) without knuckles for $100 (originally from '76 Blazer) and a matching Chev 12 bolt rear axle for $100 more. The 6 lug knuckles and brakes bolt right on the Blazer setup. I used the Blazer knuckles on my '76 J20 I sold. (I also will have the knuckles from the D44 3/4 ton Ford front axle I am installing. No brakes for them, but the yard I got the axle from still has them. Dual piston type) Anyone need a CJ Model 20 with 3.54 and SOA? $100 takes it! How about an XJ D35 3.08 for $75? (also fits AMC Eagle and I have a matching front axle for that) ------------------------------ Date: Sat, 10 May 2003 22:40:03 -0500 From: JeepNut Subject: Re: fsj: Tailgate Window issue Dalan, I accidentally infected my PC with a virus so have been offline several days rebuilding the system. My mail could be messed up, but from my mailtrail I don't see that anyone replied for 2 days on this.... The pin on the arm could be hung up on the lower lip of the window track or something similar that is keeping it locked up. The window IS heavy, but with the right little wood blocks, you should be able to get it supported while you try to find out what is hanging it up.
