Did your bearings fall apart? You may be looking at a new/used/good hub/bearings/race as well. I have often wondered the same thing, but have always left the snap ring on the outer groove, allowing for whatever play the axle needs. I have a good spindle, cheap! if you want/need it. - - Landon This electronic message transmission, including any attachments, contains information from Prescription Solutions which may be confidential or privileged. Think of all the free technical info and help you've received since I started these lists on digest.net in '97 or '98. I know that with increasing costs that other list hosting outfits either go to paid advertisers or subscription fees. I've thought about raising support for wagoneers.com as well as the costs of hosting the server have increased but I make no money from it. With cable modem connection coming my costs to connect will go up significantly and I'll have two isps... oh well, guess things are tough all over, eh? ;) With all the spam coming through I'm about ready to drop all my web pages and email, sell my computers and just use my cell phone to keep in touch with a few folks that way, but I digress... richard would like your participation in the future of digest.net around 4pm eastern time on the offtopic list. john ====================================================================================== To subscribe to a list on digest.net, EMAIL majordomo-at-digest.net, no subject needed, in the body: subscribe [ fsj | xj | diesel-benz ] end (note: select only one of the options in the brackets) You will need to reply to an authentication message.
