Jim, The guys name is Mike Bakker Jr. and he is a member on the yahoo FSJ list. I have his e-mail and discussed that same truck with him about a year ago. He was planning to remove the "cherry" camper and put on a custom flat bed. He's a commercial pilot and hard to reach so I never heard back from him, he's still in the same area so if you can look him up somehow and call him... he promised me some great pics before/after the install.
