OK well i failed emissions here in AZ I engine runs well no sooty exhaust pipe or anything like that i got the following results HC Load reading 55 Pass HC Idle Reading 162 Pass HC Standard 220 CO Load Reading 3.57 Fail CO Idle Reading 5.92 Fail CO Standard 1.20 I noticed that my air injection system is not working i checked the air pump and it works but nothing on the other side of the valve. I have vacuum to the top of the valve but no vacuum to the one on the right. This line runs from the CTO. I have manifold vac to the CTO but no vac on any of the lines coming out. I am going to replace the CTO but i am wondering would this be enough to cause my reading to look like they do? My air filter was quite dirty and i did an oil change. carb is snug and no other vac problems.
