Well at the Olympic (best deal around, and it is a few blocks away) it was $3.12 last evening for reg., but you can go a few more miles to Shell or Chevron and it was $3.60. Catching up w to do list..... exhaust.... some rustholes..... helping the kid's friend (well he is 30ish) w no start celica..... took about 3 hrs of searches in the last 4 days.... and got the answer from the other jeep list.... and a Camry list a few hours early, as the engine was used for only one year in the celica (1986 GT, 2SE) and a few more in the Camry. And backing up datas on DVDs.... after doing the external Back ups.... going to sturdier media. Driving a stick last month has made me aware that slush is nice.... how many times did i forgot to downshift... I have been driving solo for quite some times so no need for large cargo... i am getting ready for AC.... getting lazy and not getting up early enough to beat the hot weather in the sacramento valley. I guess i should try to gain skills and fix the AC. Doing errands in town..... 9mpg and as low as 8 ..... of course timing the beast has made it suck a powerhouse that it is really fun to speed up those hilly streets.... and of course my highway mileage is a bit down... 14mpg from 16mpg (probably the ethanol.... and what else) But on the other hand.... i only need a spare fuel pump and a spare distributor/ignition module, so reliability makes for the lower fuel mileage.... $60 for a fillup is still a bit strange. Let's hear the feedbacks. Michel 74 wagoneer 85Gwag _________________________________________________________________ Boo! Scare away worms, viruses and so much more!
