Never bought from them... because the local places charge the same prices w warranty, and you do not have to deal w their hazard service, which is long and tedious..... if you buy from tirerack.... Just like those digital cameras insurances.... Discount tires and costco are the places that i have been using.... costco is within a bicycle ride... so i do not have to idle for hours..... for a flat. Last time i had a drastic encounter w a concrete rebar.... instant blow up.... in town.... I had it mounted somewhere else.... As for discount tires (another encounter w something on the freeway... 2 large holes) i made an appointment and had the flat fixed in 30 minutes (New tire, which of course they charge you about $19 for a new warranty).... Why did i pick discount... I was on my way to Moab.... thru arizona.... and one of my dunlops (in the front and BFGs in the rear, don't ask) started to be out of round..... so i had to pick a place that had some coverage outside the area..... and had the matching BFGs.... a real challenge.... drove w the spare for a few days until i found the right location (I had to go to Flagstaff, incident occurred in Kingman).... Yes the hazard of long range driving cheers Michel _________________________________________________________________ Windows Live Hotmail and Microsoft Office Outlook ^V together at last.
