Hose (.125" ID) 75A: 1/8" ID [vh-1/8"] $3.00 This 1/8" ID hose is the perfect fit for the injector return lines on many diesel models, including: VW, Mercedes, Volvo, Audi, etc. 1/8" ID hose equates to 3.2mm for the metric die-hards out there. Specs: 1/8" ID, 1/16" Wall, 1/4" OD, durometer 75A (also available in 60A which fits the TDI inj. return fittings much better). This hose is pure, 100% VitonB. fluoroelastomer and is also 100% biodiesel resistant. Rated for 400*F continuous. This hose is sold per foot, so please use the quantity function to select how many feet you need (qty. 1=1 foot, 5=5 feet, etc.). I wonder if two TDI kits would equal one Amercian V8? :) otherwise I'll have to guess on the total length.... john ----- - ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Snohomish, Washington -o|||||o- where Jeeps don't rust, they mold http://wagoneers.com john's 6.2L GW: http://wagoneers.com/FSJ/Omega/ SAVE FUEL use AMSOIL Synthetics: http://wagoneers.com/AMSOIL - ------------------------------------------------------------------------- On Thu, 7 Aug 2008, john wrote: # # http://www.greaseworks.org/viton_bulk # # ID OD Wall Price/ft # 1/8" 1/4" 1/16" $3.50/ft # 1/4" 1/2" 1/8" $12.25/ft # # 5/16" 9/16" 1/8" $15.00/ft # 3/8" 9/16" 3/32" $13.90/ft # # what size line do I need for the return lines on my Bosch injectors??? # # (this is for my 6.2L Diesel, but I'm almost 99% certain that the lines # are the same size as on my Mercedes...) # # My return lines on my 6.2L Diesel are making a mess, weeping and leaking... # http://wagoneers.com/fotos/2008/08-Aug-07-trailer-n-blazer/P1210096.jpg # will also need to replace the input line to the lift pump (again), that's 3/8" line. # # # thanx, # john # # ----- # ------------------------------------------------------------------------- # Snohomish, Washington -o|||||o- where Jeeps don't rust, they mold # http://wagoneers.com john's 6.2L GW: http://wagoneers.com/FSJ/Omega/ # SAVE FUEL use AMSOIL Synthetics: http://wagoneers.com/AMSOIL # ------------------------------------------------------------------------- # # # ------------------------------ Date: Thu, 7 Aug 2008 17:44:06 -0700 From: Jim Blair Subject: RE: fsj: flaggings and Diesel GWs What was the wording of your ad? It should say trailer right in the subject line. Bantam cars are quite the rage and people may be getting ticked off that it wasn't descriptive enough in the header. (I had ads bumped for that reason) From: john Subject: fsj: flaggings and Diesel GWs yeah, weird about the tagging of the Bantam trailer... at first I put it in cars/trucks... when it got flagged I figured, ok, let's try rv's... still got flagged... I have no idea... went through this issue with WVO requests too... john _________________________________________________________________ Reveal your inner athlete and share it with friends on Windows Live. http://revealyourinnerathlete.windowslive.com?locale=en-us&ocid=TXT_TAGLM_WLY IA_whichathlete_us ------------------------------ Date: Fri, 8 Aug 2008 15:01:11 -0700 (PDT) From: john Subject: fsj: Diesel powered '91 Grand Wagoneer on ebay just put it up on ebay... 10 day auction... item: 160270351404 replacing it (and the '99 WJ) with a '94 6.5L TD Blazer... john http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=160270351404 other pictures: http://wagoneers.com/fotos/2008/08-Aug-07-trailer-n-blazer/Omega-pix/ http://wagoneers.com/fotos/2008/08-Aug-07-trailer-n-blazer/Omega-pix/ALL.html http://wagoneers.com/FSJ/Omega/ ----- - ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Snohomish, Washington -o|||||o- where Jeeps don't rust, they mold http://wagoneers.com john's 6.2L GW: http://wagoneers.com/FSJ/Omega/ SAVE FUEL use AMSOIL Synthetics: http://wagoneers.com/AMSOIL - ------------------------------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------ Date: Fri, 8 Aug 2008 19:43:50 -0500 From: Zee Man Subject: fsj: RUBBER OR CORK TRANSMISSION GASKET Hi YA'LL I am about to swap my dented transmission pan for a new one...
