As for the bail out, it is mostly to bail out all the big wigs "add your favorite disliked politician, entrepreneur" that are on the verge of loosing a lot of "options". If you caught the fine print: W. Buffet bails out Goldman w $5b and the stock goes from $7.9 to $132.... overnite..... darn i missed it.
