The 6 cyl is too heavy, even for an FSJ (-at-300 lbs more than the GM diesel IIRC). 4BT has been put into at least one Comanche and since it moves big box vans around it should be fine in an FSJ with the tall gears. I pulled the coil over the axle 1,200lb lift springs off and put the add-a-leaf on... test drove it... rear end is up a little higher, and the ride a little firmer, but not spring-boardy or buck-boardy like it was with the coils...
