Great guys, but they do some things the hardest way possible. (parts are great on quality) I agree on the 700R4 with the diesel, but I would use a Ford NP208F (fixed yokes like the Jeep) and a Chev 27 spline NP208 input gear swapped in. It's already LH drop and pretty much a drop in replacement that way. The Ford 208 was used with the 7.3L diesel till they went turbo so it's pretty beefy.
