No stretched rods (of course!) this is what he found and fixed after having it for a week and a half.. He fixed the Firing order ( said that somebody was messing with it who did not know what they were doing and had them on the wrong plugs), The choke was stuck all the way open, also... fixed three Vacuum leaks,.. adjusted the carb, and in the (Dist) Magnetic H A pick up.. something..( the screws were coming out) Also the fact I was using Super unleaded Gas all the time , was not good for it, it was eating away at the metal. He said to use normal gas, then after the 7th tank put super unleaded to keep it clean. I stopped on the way home and replaced the Gas Filter, as he asked.. sooo.. I am suppose to take it back next week, if it is still acting up, and fine tune it better.. But I still have a slight shaking, or missing on low RPM, and it sounds like the idle is a little bit too high. It should be smoother. Think it could be the timing? Maybe a little vacuum leak still (try retorquing the intake or getting him to) I just talked my wife into scooping an '84 FSJ pick up (It has both J10 and J20 emblems, so he's not sure which) with 6 cyl (guess where my spring lift is going?
