This happened numerous times in my mom's old '89 Caravan, and once in a FSJ I had. Fortunately, we found out the FSJ and Caravan (at least the older ones, like pre-'95) used the exact same track. You should be able to pick one up from a Chrysler dealer for under $20, and it will most likely be a cut-to-size one. So buy the new one, take the old one out, measure one against the other and cut off the excess from the new one, then put the new one in. Don't think it was too hard, but because of having to take apart the door and feed the track into the path right, it's not just a 5min. job, either. Maybe 30-60min, including time to get the tools together and stuff, and not rushing. Oh, be sure to take a few minutes to remember/sketch the path of the old one before you take it out -- easier than putting the new one in hit-and-miss style. - ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- In my day, we didn't have virtual reality.
