i found where to get an 84 or 87 grand wagoneer tsm for $95 (ouch!)  
from irv bishko 800-544-3312.  
he tried to tell me they didn't make grand wagoneers after 88, and wanted to 
argue with me about it.  but still it's the only place i could find that has them.  

as for the owner's manual, dyment still sells them for $10 800-890-4038.
