install of real euro lights
Bought these lights from a friend in Europe (thanx again Stef!).
Only minor problem is that they came sans the mounting hardware, connectors and
bulbs. Other than one tab being broken they were in good repair and installed
in place of the US units. I used an IPF H4 bulb from one of my Jeeps,
the magic green bulbs, which produce a crisp clean white light.
Below are the pictures of the lights and the install. The US lights have the wipers
attached and have two covers on the back. The Euro lights have one cover in the rear
and are smooth lenses on the front.
Adjusting the passenger side headlamp could be interesting, that's where I mounted
the alarm system noise maker.

can't mate the US connector to the euro assembly... so, will have to make
a custom jumper setup that mates:
US Euro

2 31 (ground) (green wire)
3 56b (high beam) (red wire with black tape)
4 56a (low beam) (red wire)
splice pk 58 (park bulb) (blue wire to side marker)
===========================

used only ONE splice connector to get parking lights

bundled together - hey... it works... forgot the duct tape though.

parking lights work!

used reflective tape under the headlights to hide the holes.

sharp european cutoff

note the afterglow of the IPF bulbs...

front end looks much cleaner

love those euro parking lights...
