My old 300CD blew a glow plug fuse in a Manhattan parking lot one day.
This was around 1999, when it was a legal adult. Called the number on the glovebox lid
and waddaya know, a truck appeared with a new fuse to get me going.
One of the reasons why I bought that crappy E320.
The E320 has had many fine rides on the Mercedes truck.
