In the US Models, you have the 190d 2.5 Turbo model all wrong. You basically copied the specs from the NON-turbo, and that's where you got into trouble.... The correct specs, as shown in the current "MB Buyer's Guide," read something like this: HP = 123 -at- 4600rpm Torque = 168 -at- 2400 0-60 Time = 10.0 seconds Dates of manufacture: late 1986 thru mid 1987. (This car was offered ONLY for the 1987 model year, and then pulled off the market. Also, this car is the only 1987 US MB diesel that did NOT have the infamous trap oxidizer.) This car was only offered with automatic transmission, and only a few thousand were sold. The 190d 2.5 Turbo could beat the 2.3 gasser off the line, through the quarter mile. It comes VERY close to matching the 2.6! All in all, a very sporting diesel indeed! Your specs for the basic 190d 2.5 NON-turbo are also slightly off. They should be: HP = 93 -at- 4600rpm Torque = 122 -at- 2800rpm other specs okay Cheers - RJLaue
