When I had it in the shop last year the guy said I needed a plastic cap. SO I bought one. And we couldn't figure out how to install it... so I gave it to him. :) I can make the sunroof work great by tightening the main screw with a screwdriver... but it doesn't stay adjusted. Will I hurt it if I really crank it down and rebend the metal plate behind it? john - ----------------------------------------------------- john-at-wagoneers.com http://www.wagoneers.com ...don't leave life without Jesus, please! I need a 4v carb...for my 77 Wagoneer, 360 v-8, motorcraft 4350 (I think)... It has secondaries the size of... well, they're large... I bought an Edelbrock carb but can't find an adapter anywhere that will work... :( I'm not excited about buying a manifold too... I'm not 100% sure the engine is worth that much effort. :) Someone on one of the lists (I thought it was the fsj list) offered me a 4v carb that was working. If it's a good carb I'd even consider swapping my Edelbrock 1406 for it... sorry for the slightly off topic problem... FWIW, the little wagoneer and Fritz are doing pretty good... :) john - ----------------------------------------------------- john-at-wagoneers.com http://www.wagoneers.com ...don't leave life without Jesus, please! Had a very enjoyable = cruise home this afternoon. This car has the most remarkable starting = procedure I've ever seen. Last thing I saw that started this way had = tracks, or ran on tracks, but I digress.=20 The question: the headlight switch seems to have about 5 positions, and = pulls out too. When I turn it all the way clockwise I get headlights and = all the usual, can't seem to get anything in the other positions. Can = someone clue me in on how this is supposed to work? I will try and track = down a manual on the car ASAP, but I want to make sure I'm not draining = the battery lighting up one tail light or something.
