The original question was about SIPING, not SNIPING. They get a special machine to cut lots of slits (not grooves) across the tread face of the tire. Supposed to improve things. Kind of like the sole on real Sperry TopSider deck shoes. I'm sure mine need to be replaced, as I have never done it and they look rather old and hard (and flat). Does anyone know of someone I can email, or call, to buy what I need. Preferably someone who can drop them in an envelope and not charge me $10 to ship it. It is a major pain for me to get to a dealer here. An alternation would be to know of the size needed so I can get them at the local parts place?
