Anybody care to opine about fuel prices at cardlock
stations vs. the usual run-of-the-mill retail purveyors of
petroleum products?  

I've got an application for Pacific Pride, but don't know
anybody who uses them, so don't know how their prices
compare.

Is it possible to upgrade the air conditioning system to use R134a instead 
of Freon on the 81-84 300D or 240D. I'm looking at an 82 300TD s/w which 
will require an a/c overhaul anyway.

Possible.

Whether it is desirable depends on what sort of performance you need.  Where
do you live?

Converting will only really save you money if your system leaks and you have
to keep pumping new stuff in.
