Didn't install them yet, don't think I will... been busy having Jeeps and parts moved out of here... :) my wife has decided that she is going to replace the little wagoneer with another Jeep Cherokee. Selling the Benz and anything else not needed to get more money to buy a better Jeep is what she has in mind. ;) I'm all for it. The better of a Jeep she gets the less I have to fix. The safety of the XJ Cherokee was made very clear to us. Over and over again we are told how well these things do in all kinds of accidents. Our 88 xj was totalled twice... I could have rebuilt it, but it was tired... and deserved to be put to rest. :) But I digress... I started to say I'm going to sell these lights. The lenses are pitted a little bit, but appear to be solid otherwise. The guy left connectors on and cut the wires... Guess that's a good thing, keep the contacts from corroding and makes it easier to figure things out. :) If there's more than a few people interested I'll put it up on ebay for a short auction. I paid $254.95 or something close to that. They list new in Performance Products for $589 or thereabouts... Shipping will probably run around $20 to $30 as a guess... won't be able to ship them until the first week of June. let me know off list. I also have the plug for the tach under the hood $20, a tach/clock assy with a good clock - bad tach $20 (the unit with both working items is $300), and a blower motor that needs brushes (new one around $75?), make me an offer. And I have the factory CD shop manual. $100 for that... (btw, had two Xj's hauled off today... my totalled '88 and the remains of the '96 that provided the 4.0L HO engine for my J10. :) http://www.wagoneers.com/SuperDawg/May22-byebye-XJs/bye-bye-XJs.jpg later, john - ------------------------------------------------------ http://www.WAGONEERS.com/ Snohomish, WA - where Jeeps don't rust, they mold... jesus, don't leave life without him, please! - ------------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------ End of diesel-benz-digest V1 #560 *********************************
