I'm interested in a front bumper, a front seat (passenger side) seatbelt receiver socket and an air conditioner dash nozzle. The bumper should be in good shape and free of corrosion. I'm pretty sure the stuff will fit on my 82 300D. I also may be interested in other parts like a cruise control module if the price is right. If the marker lights come on on both sides, left or right depending on which position to the left of center the switch is set, I'd suspect a bad switch. When you turn the switch all the way to the right (headlights and markers) does everything work? Pull the switch and check the connections. MB seems to route power to a good portion of the car through this headlight switch. Loosen up all the connections and retighten them to see what happens. If that doesn't solve it, head to the boneyard. I don't think these switches go bad too often, but their connections have been known to be suspect. A new headlight switch is around $50 so you should be able to get a "recycled" one for around half that. If that doesn't help, ask Alec again... ;-) Jon ------------------------------ End of diesel-benz-digest V1 #713 *********************************
