In order to do this I have temporarily posted a spreadsheet on my site with a list of those that I *know* are coming. This will make the organizing of lunch, dinner and other festivities easier. So if you could ... Option 1 ....if you are not on the list and would like to come please let me know. Option 2 ....if you are on the list and are not coming .... Option 3 ....if you are bringing family, friends or interesting hitchhikers ..let me know. Added to the program are Dave Strait is bringing his Espar diesel heater (before installation into his car) for a show and tell. And a regional Permatex rep (and good friend of mine) will come and bring goodies. See the current list of attendees at ........... http://www.buy-a-boat.com/Mercedes_listfest_031602a.htm And email or call with any questions or updates. - -- $:0^0:$x,88,x$:0^0:$x,88,x$:0^0:$x,88,x$:0^0:$x$:0^0:$x,88,x$: Jan Jan Guthrie Yacht Brokerage jan-at-buy-a-boat.com 262-553-1998 http://www.buy-a-boat.com - - $:0^0:$x,88,x$:0^0:$x,88,x$:0^0:$x,88,x$:0^0:$x$:0^0:$x,88,x$: Jan Jan Guthrie Yacht Brokerage jan-at-buy-a-boat.com 262-553-1998 http://www.buy-a-boat.com ------------------------------ Date: Sat, 9 Mar 2002 10:37:56 -0800 (PST) From: Glenn Hansel Subject: Coolant and Redline water wetter question , '83 300D Below you will find my question and answer to a question I had for Redline regarding their watter wetter product. Does anyone know wether or not using this product would have an adverse reaction with the plastic radiator. I had read, that you should only use Mercedes Benz antifreeze due to the near neutral pH. Any opinions out there? Thanks PS - I live in southern Arizona, so I think I can get by with a 30% antifreeze mixture. A little more % Water is better for heat transfer. My question >Can you let me know what the pH of the resultant >mixture of 100% distilled water with the recommended >amount of Water Wetter would be? > >Also, what the pH of 70% distilled water, 30% >antifreeze (I will be using Mercedes Benz antifreeze >which has the pH of approximately 7) with the >recommended amount of Water Wetter would be? > >Thank You > Answer from Redline technical person The pH of the WaterWetter and distilled water mixture is 8.6. I don't know what the resulting pH will be with 3% WaterWetter plus your antifreeze mixture. Try FREE Yahoo!
