Take a look under the fuse panel cover to note how many you need of what capacity, then just buy a couple of variety packs. Oh, and the trick to the fuse panel is that the weatherstripping above the fuse panel pulls away from the metal lip under the windshield. Just grab the end of it and pull towards the front of the car. Once you get 8 or 12 inches of that moved aside, getting the fuse panel cover in and out is much easier. Apparently you know these cars blind folded :) Another idea which was brought up elsewhere something having to do with the "ALDA" line. So I'll start with your instructions and see where it leads to. Just picked up 3 five gallon case of Shell's Rotella 5/40 syn oil :) Filters are next from online orders. I am wondering if the factory wheels are alloys? I see quiet a few rust here and there. But I am told alloys do not rust? Either way I plan on getting them refinnished. Anyone here uses strictly MB radiator anti freeze fluids on these cars or do you use anything available from the local shelves? I have been pretty busy lately and am just now able to catch up on what
I've missed.

If I understood your question about your delayed power problem
correctly, I think Marc has you aimed in the right direction.

I would like to add, though, that there is no mechanical adjustment on
the throttle linkage. Take a look at the "bracket" on the firewall that
Marc mentions. It should look like a contorted rubber diamond, with a
rod on the right side going down and one on the left going to the
throttle linkage on the injection pump. Those rods are solid with ball
and cap connections. You won't see any was to adjust them, because
there isn't.

I'm actually using pine in a linux shell... but after I
clean all the spam out I fire up Mozilla Thunderbird to save
emails... and when I sync up my palm pilot I use eudora.
Actually on my Kycoera Palm PDA I use Eudora to send and receive
email...

but as twisted as it may sound, I actually prefer to use Pine in
a Korn shell... viruses ain't a problem... I can actually view
the internal code using Linux tools like strings... :)

however, html, attachments, word docs, etc. are a pain to deal
with...

but this is how the internet started out and I'm quite happy with
it... it's fast, secure and very portable... I acess this tool
from any computer connected to the internet where I can open a putty
or telnet session. :)
