I have always had good luck with the Mequires line of waxes, I also liked the zymol polish alot, but it turned out to be a true polish, and so did not last long, but worked great for a couple of months. They have a wax now, but it didn't make my car a "slick" as the polish. I think the best combination I ever had was the top of the line Mequires and then I was using those wax impregnated polishing cloths on my car at least once a week, (right after I got the car, of course) my 928 (already somewhat egg shaped) got so slick, my cat would jump up on it, and sliiiiide right off. Anyone on the list is welcome to buy through my business, Meister Distribution & Services... Nick Wilson is the Parts Manager at the new location... he'll ship the parts anywhere... All I ask is that you pay the sales tax if you're in state... or I'll have to collect it and report it in January... The Phil Smart in Seattle is also an option. The jobber prices are quite good and the more volume the better for everyone. The other sources we have like Randy and Rusty are often pretty competitive, so if you use them you'll do fine as well. I've also got a few items that I can get through Seattle Automotive... not a lot of items, but what they have is quite a bargain. Only problem with that source is I don't have time to contact them... phil smart you can contact yourself. ;) Mercedes-Benz of Lynnwood 20515 Highway 99 Lynnwood, WA 98036 425.673.0505 www.mblynnwood.com Let us know about this other guy as well... Oddly enough, the mileage numbers reported aren't amazingly better than the v8 gasser. They didn't say whether they used the hemi (with variable displacement) or the 4.7L. As usual for anything not a 3/4 ton or bigger and diesel, it will not be available for sale in the people's republic of california, or any of the other four states that follow california's emissions requirements - massachusetts for sure, I think the other three are new jersey, new york, and maine, but I am not positive about that. These are the same states you would not be able to accept new delivery of an E320CDI (mlc) or TDI volksie or diesel smart if THEY came stateside (DB mentioned intentions of bringing those earlier this week).
