After having the F-250 get pushed all over the road twice with big toys on a trailer, I decided I needed a bigger truck. I had bigger trucks, but both were dead. So a crew cab dually ram with a cummins followed me home. Of course, I bought the six speed instead of the automatic. Fast forward to two weekends ago, I was visiting some friends, and while walking I slipped in a drainage ditch and broke one of the bones in my ankle. While ordinarily this would only be a minor inconvenience, the big truck is a clutch and my left ankle is the one I broke. In case anyone's wondering, the powerband on a cummins is so ridiculously small that you end up shifting A LOT. So, it'll get parked at the ranch for a bit and I'll fix a few things on the ford and empty out its bed so I can finish yanking cars around.
