There is a damp spot in the footwell on the passenger rear side, but there is no apparent damage to the floor (bulges, cracks, etc.) 2. There is not enough rust to mention. He said that everything looks solid underneath, and there's no holes or obvious rusting. 3. This belonged to an old woman. Old women don't drive in snowy yuck like us younger people have to. They stay in until the roads clear off. That's why I'm not particularly worried about it being "crunchy." But I do understand the problem......"crunch" is killing off my wife's current Mercury that drove in Michigan winters for 14 years. 4. More pictures are coming. He's sending them out soon. A car for SWMBO! it's interesting how the humidity east of South Dakota and Nebraska can dissolve a vehicle... I think it's the heat and humidity that do it... we only have our humidity in the winter... soon as the sun comes out it's dry as can be... our lawns turn brown if we don't have rain in at least 3 weeks... some summers we set new records where it won't rain for 6 weeks!!! Or have you? (I have a feeling I'm going to regret this question.. ) ... is it a case of it not fitting?
