I was away in California this week on business, where Diesel was selling for $3.96 by the way, ouch! Before I left Diesel was selling for just under $3.50 at my usual dino-fueling station, the Island Crossing Tesoro -at- exit 208 of I-5. Upon my return last night I was pleasantly surprised to see $3.19 a gallon. I wonder what caused the drop? - -- - --chuck goolsbee 02 Jetta TDi & 06 Liberty CRD arlington, wa, usa ------------------------------ Date: Sun, 20 Jan 2008 08:58:47 -0800 From: "Paul Masterson" Subject: [db] =?iso-8859-1?Q?Re:_=5Bdb=5D_.30=A2_price_drop=3F?= Prayer? - ----- Original Message ----- From: "chuck goolsbee" To: Sent: Sunday, January 20, 2008 8:20 AM Subject: [db] .30" price drop? >I was away in California this week on business, where Diesel was selling >for $3.96 by the way, ouch! > > Before I left Diesel was selling for just under $3.50 at my usual > dino-fueling station, the Island Crossing Tesoro -at- exit 208 of I-5. But then there's my traditional obsession with diesel..... http://www.mbusa.com/models/main.do?modelCode=E320BTEC Whoa! I just saw the HP on this bad boy! http://www.mbusa.com/models/main.do?modelCode=E63 And it comes in a wagon??! Is that so your wife will let you buy it? A 507HP station wagon??!.......that sounds fun! The ultimate sleeper! http://www.mbusa.com/models/main.do?modelCode=E63S The not exactly your typical muscle car, but that's half the fun! I can only wonder how much the upkeep on all those electronic components would be though. That's why I'd really have to be made of money to get one.
