Ooh. The first year of the half-the-fuel-economy, kills-the-injection-pump-because-the-lift-pump-is-weak-and-the-IP-is-lubricat ed -only-by-fuel version! 1. Add a supplemental lift pump (in-line is OK) to help out the wimpy one Dodge used. ASAP. 2. Add some oil or something (ATF, ND-30 are common) to slicken up the crummy ULSD the enviro-whackos have rammed down our throats. 3.
