I finally got to testing the glow plugs and found 4 out of 5 that were bad. I replaced them and it cranked right up. The problem that I have is that it was only last year that I had replaced at least 2 of them. Can it be that they're being burned out prematurely? The glow plug light does not turn of until the engine starts. Anyone know what input causes the light to turn off? I bought and installed a new relay box thinking that would fix it but it didn't. I'm now thinking that some sensor may not be working. Marc Z in NC. Kevin wrote: > yes, you can test using the plug on the firewall.
