I looked up the gel point of diesel, and I have no doubt that if whatever fuel I got wasn't treated to resist gelling, I'm toast at -15. So I need: A recommendation on what to use to shock the system free this time A recommendation on what to use to avoid this problem in the future. All need to be available at Napa or Carquest. Those are my options. Power service makes diesel fuel supplement with anti-gel and a diesel 911 that I think is a gel shocker, but how good are they, and do I remember their purposes correctly?
