That would have been a Becker Europa or the first edition of the totally electronic model. Becker's are really sensitive and will pull in stations the Kenwood would not even know are there. He was pricey but lived and breathed older MB's and I felt I was in good hands. There were some other things done as well, which I am grouping under "suspension work" in my very great automotive ignorance. They also left some soapy goo on the steering wheel that I had to clean off myself. Does anyone have suggestions on how much might be good asking price for this car? I've seen excellent, rust-free 150~200k mile examples sell for about $5k. Beaters go for about $1200.
