Canola-based BD will run fine below, freezing... in fact to around 00F. Palm oil on the other hand starts gelling ABOVE freezing. - --chuck ------------------------------ Date: Tue, 1 Sep 2009 15:52:59 -0400 From: "Renaud (Ron) OLGIATI" Subject: Re: [db] Biodiesel fun and games On Tuesday 01 September 2009, my mailbox was graced by a missive from john who wrote: > actually it's 515.0903 feet. It's just in the time domain rather than the distance domain. And accurate frequency measurement is based on a timebase - which is based generally on an accurately cut crystal. You sort of sneak up on it. I once built a house addition. We dug trenches for the foundation. They were accurate to within a couple inches. We nailed up forms for the concrete and those were accurate to within maybe a quarter of an inch. As was the top of the concrete. Then we laid the mud sills on the foundation and shimmed them to about 1/16 of an inch, which was the accuracy we held for the rest of the structure. I spent about a week futzing with sticks and strings before we started digging. My wife thought I was nuts. - Jerry Kaidor > LOL. > > On Tue, Sep 01, 2009 at 06:57:14PM -0700, Paul Masterson wrote: >> [John Belushi voice] >> NERD FIGHT! >> [/John Belushi voice] >> >> >> >"Renaud (Ron) OLGIATI" wrote: >> >> >> >>On Tuesday 01 September 2009, my mailbox was graced by a missive >> >> from Jerome Kaidor who wrote: >> >> >> >>> **** Piece of cake.
