This is my 1993 W124 300D 2.5L. While driving, the seatbelt unbelted warning lights on the dome light over the windshield started flashing. They are still flashing now. The only time they turn off is when the door is open. The dome light doesn't go off automatically anymore either (I've since manually turned it off to save the battery), although the lights on the doors still go on and off appropriately. I've tried opening and slamming the doors, belting and unbelting the front seatbelts, and fiddling with the little push-in things to detect the door is closed (and it does turn off when the doors are open). The manual doesn't even acknowledge the warning light exists, so can't easily figure out what wires it ties in to, other than perhaps the dome light. The only known electrical problem currently is that the center brakelight is burned out. I'll try replacing that tomorrow, but I'm not expecting that is the cause...
