(don't ask) I think I'm going to photograph the extra parts and put up a page... I have XJ 4.0 parts from an '89, '96 and '99 to get rid of... heads, wiring harnesses and so on. FSJ parts, a wide assortment that I won't need, have what I need for superdawg, who has been rescheduled for release in mid August... maybe... in the meantime I'm getting the TDI dialed in, put a hitch on it, next is the speedometer, correct tires and then the body work. I got a great deal on this jetta wagon, very happy with it... but I am still looking forward to having my J10 back. I still have to sort out the glow plug controller on my '91 300D... and get new tires. My WJ needs a heater core... but all in all, very few things needed on my fleet right now... all are functional, except of course SuperDawg... but there is always hope... later, john -o|||||o- city/hwy engine/trans/xfr - ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2003 VW Jetta GLS Wagon TDI 4?/4? mpg 1.9L TDI/5spd 1991 Mercedes 300D (124) 30/39 mpg 2.5L Turbo Diesel/AT (Shadowfax) 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee (WJ) 14/21 mpg 4.7L V8/45RFE/NV247 - ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1975 Jeep J10 long bed (SJ) hydraulic dump trailer - ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1983 Jeep J10 Stepside (SJ) (Superdawg)- under construction since 1999 getting '80 Scout SD33T Diesel, TF727/NP208 mpg: 20/24 expected -o|||||o- http://wagoneers.com/johns-vehicles.html - ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- ----- - ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Snohomish, Washington -o|||||o- where Jeeps don't rust, they mold http://AMSOIL.com/redirect.cgi?zo=283461 si vis pacem, para bellum http://johnmeister.com http://wagoneers.com http://fotomeister.us - ------------------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------ Date: Sat, 24 Jul 2010 23:02:05 -0700 (PDT) From: john Subject: [db] assorted pictures http://fotomeister.us/2010/07-Jul-24-cars-biod-gardens-rabbit-moon/ALL.html ----- - ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Snohomish, Washington -o|||||o- where Jeeps don't rust, they mold http://AMSOIL.com/redirect.cgi?zo=283461 si vis pacem, para bellum http://johnmeister.com http://wagoneers.com http://fotomeister.us - ------------------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------ Date: Sun, 25 Jul 2010 21:42:47 -0700 (PDT) From: diesel Subject: [db] 1959 Edsel? what's a '59 Edsel worth??? http://fotomeister.us/2010/07-Jul-25-Edsel-lateAfternoonSun/ALL.html ----- - ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Snohomish, Washington -o|||||o- where Jeeps don't rust, they mold http://AMSOIL.com/redirect.cgi?zo=283461 si vis pacem, para bellum http://johnmeister.com http://wagoneers.com http://fotomeister.us - ------------------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------ End of diesel-benz-digest V1 #3306 **********************************
