You have such a weird [funny] collection of symptoms that it is reasonable to believe that something common to seemingly unrelated circuits is the culprit...ie, the major ground-bonding conductors. I would check the bat-chassis, engine-chassis connections and then the major gnd tie-points in the dashboard / console areas.
