(Arabic) ءﺎﻴﻣﺭﺃ 37:1 وملك الملك صدقيا بن يوشيا مكان كنياهو بن يهوياقيم الذي ملكه نبوخذراصر ملك بابل في ارض يهوذا. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jer 37:1 Now Zedekiah the son of Josiah whom Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon had made king in the land of Judah, reigned as king in place of Coniah the son of Jehoiakim.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Jeremiah 37:2---- (Arabic) ءﺎﻴﻣﺭﺃ 37:2 ولم يسمع هو ولا عبيده ولا شعب الارض لكلام الرب الذي تكلم به عن يد ارميا النبي. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jer 37:2 But neither he nor his servants nor the people of the land listened to the words of the Lord which He spoke through Jeremiah the prophet.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Jeremiah 37:3---- (Arabic) ءﺎﻴﻣﺭﺃ 37:3 وارسل الملك صدقيا يهوخل بن شلميا وصفنيا بن معسيا الكاهن الى ارميا النبي قائلا صلّ لاجلنا الى الرب الهنا. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jer 37:3 Yet King Zedekiah sent Jehucal the son of Shelemiah, and Zephaniah the son of Maaseiah, the priest, to Jeremiah the prophet, saying, "Please pray to the Lord our God on our behalf."(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Jeremiah 37:4---- (Arabic) ءﺎﻴﻣﺭﺃ 37:4 وكان ارميا يدخل ويخرج في وسط الشعب اذ لم يكونوا قد جعلوه في بيت السجن. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jer 37:4 Now Jeremiah was still coming in and going out among the people, for they had not yet put him in the prison.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Jeremiah 37:5---- (Arabic) ءﺎﻴﻣﺭﺃ 37:5 وخرج جيش فرعون من مصر. فلما سمع الكلدانيون المحاصرون اورشليم بخبرهم صعدوا عن اورشليم -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jer 37:5 Meanwhile, Pharaoh's army had set out from Egypt; and when the Chaldeans who had been besieging Jerusalem heard the report about them, they lifted the siege from Jerusalem.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Jeremiah 37:6---- (Arabic) ءﺎﻴﻣﺭﺃ 37:6 فصارت كلمة الرب الى ارميا النبي قائلة -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jer 37:6 Then the word of the Lord came to Jeremiah the prophet, saying,(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Jeremiah 37:7---- (Arabic) ءﺎﻴﻣﺭﺃ 37:7 هكذا قال الرب اله اسرائيل هكذا تقولون لملك يهوذا الذي ارسلكم اليّ لتستشيروني. ها ان جيش فرعون الخارج اليكم لمساعدتكم يرجع الى ارضه الى مصر. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jer 37:7 "Thus says the Lord God of Israel, 'Thus you are to say to the king of Judah, who sent you to Me to inquire of Me. "Behold, Pharaoh's army which has come out for your assistance is going to return to its own land of Egypt.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Jeremiah 37:8---- (Arabic) ءﺎﻴﻣﺭﺃ 37:8 ويرجع الكلدانيون ويحاربون هذه المدينة وياخذونها ويحرقونها بالنار. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jer 37:8 The Chaldeans will also return and fight against this city, and they will capture it and burn it with fire."'(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Jeremiah 37:9---- (Arabic) ءﺎﻴﻣﺭﺃ 37:9 هكذا قال الرب. لا تخدعوا انفسكم قائلين ان الكلدانيين سيذهبون عنا لانهم لا يذهبون. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jer 37:9 Thus says the Lord, 'Do not deceive yourselves, saying, "The Chaldeans will surely go away from us," for they will not go.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Jeremiah 37:10---- (Arabic) ءﺎﻴﻣﺭﺃ 37:10 لانكم وان ضربتم كل جيش الكلدانيين الذين يحاربونكم وبقي منهم رجال قد طعنوا فانهم يقومون كل واحد في خيمته ويحرقون هذه المدينة بالنار -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jer 37:10 For even if you had defeated the entire army of Chaldeans who were fighting against you, and there were only wounded men left among them, each man in his tent, they would rise up and burn this city with fire.'"(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Jeremiah 37:11---- (Arabic) ءﺎﻴﻣﺭﺃ 37:11 وكان لما أصعد جيش الكلدانيين عن اورشليم من وجه جيش فرعون -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jer 37:11 Now it happened when the army of the Chaldeans had lifted the siege from Jerusalem because of Pharaoh's army,(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Jeremiah 37:12---- (Arabic) ءﺎﻴﻣﺭﺃ 37:12 ان ارميا خرج من اورشليم لينطلق الى ارض بنيامين لينساب من هناك في وسط الشعب. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jer 37:12 that Jeremiah went out from Jerusalem to go to the land of Benjamin in order to take possession of some property there among the people.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Jeremiah 37:13---- (Arabic) ءﺎﻴﻣﺭﺃ 37:13 وفيما هو في باب بنيامين اذا هناك ناظر الحراس اسمه يرئيا بن شلميا بن حننيا فقبض على ارميا النبي قائلا انك تقع للكلدانيين. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jer 37:13 While he was at the Gate of Benjamin, a captain of the guard whose name was Irijah, the son of Shelemiah the son of Hananiah was there; and he arrested Jeremiah the prophet, saying, "You are going over to the Chaldeans!"(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Jeremiah 37:14---- (Arabic) ءﺎﻴﻣﺭﺃ 37:14 فقال ارميا كذب. لا اقع للكلدانيين. ولم يسمع له فقبض يرئيا على ارميا وأتى به الى الرؤساء. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jer 37:14 But Jeremiah said, "A lie! I am not going over to the Chaldeans"; yet he would not listen to him. So Irijah arrested Jeremiah and brought him to the officials.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Jeremiah 37:15---- (Arabic) ءﺎﻴﻣﺭﺃ 37:15 فغضب الرؤساء على ارميا وضربوه وجعلوه في بيت السجن في بيت يوناثان الكاتب لانهم جعلوه بيت السجن. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jer 37:15 Then the officials were angry at Jeremiah and beat him, and they put him in jail in the house of Jonathan the scribe, which they had made into the prison.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Jeremiah 37:16---- (Arabic) ءﺎﻴﻣﺭﺃ 37:16 فلما دخل ارميا الى بيت الجب والى المقببات اقام ارميا هناك اياما كثيرة. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jer 37:16 For Jeremiah had come into the dungeon, that is, the vaulted cell; and Jeremiah stayed there many days.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Jeremiah 37:17---- (Arabic) ءﺎﻴﻣﺭﺃ 37:17 ثم ارسل الملك صدقيا واخذه وسأله الملك في بيته سرا وقال هل توجد كلمة من قبل الرب. فقال ارميا توجد. فقال انك تدفع ليد ملك بابل. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jer 37:17 Now King Zedekiah sent and took him out; and in his palace the king secretly asked him and said, "Is there a word from the Lord?" And Jeremiah said, "There is!" Then he said, "You will be given into the hand of the king of Babylon!"(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Jeremiah 37:18---- (Arabic) ءﺎﻴﻣﺭﺃ 37:18 ثم قال ارميا للملك صدقيا ما هي خطيتي اليك والى عبيدك والى هذا الشعب حتى جعلتموني في بيت السجن. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jer 37:18 Moreover Jeremiah said to King Zedekiah, "In what way have I sinned against you, or against your servants, or against this people, that you have put me in prison?(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Jeremiah 37:19---- (Arabic) ءﺎﻴﻣﺭﺃ 37:19 فاين انبياؤكم الذين تنبأوا لكم قائلين لا ياتي ملك بابل عليكم ولا على هذه الارض. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jer 37:19 Where then are your prophets who prophesied to you, saying, 'The king of Babylon will not come against you or against this land'?(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Jeremiah 37:20---- (Arabic) ءﺎﻴﻣﺭﺃ 37:20 فالآن اسمع يا سيدي الملك. ليقع تضرعي امامك ولا تردني الى بيت يوناثان الكاتب فلا اموت هناك. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jer 37:20 But now, please listen, O my lord the king; please let my petition come before you and do not make me return to the house of Jonathan the scribe, that I may not die there."(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Jeremiah 37:21---- (Arabic) ءﺎﻴﻣﺭﺃ 37:21 فامر الملك صدقيا ان يضعوا ارميا في دار السجن وان يعطى رغيف خبز كل يوم من سوق الخبازين حتى ينفد كل الخبز من المدينة. فاقام ارميا في دار السجن -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jer 37:21 Then King Zedekiah gave commandment, and they committed Jeremiah to the court of the guardhouse and gave him a loaf of bread daily from the bakers' street, until all the bread in the city was gone. So Jeremiah remained in the court of the guardhouse.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Jeremiah 38:1 ---- written 627-585 B.C.
