(Arabic) ﻕﻮﻘﺒﺣ 1:1 الوحي الذي رآه حبقوق النبي ـــ -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hab 1:1 The oracle which Habakkuk the prophet saw.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Habakkuk 1:2---- (Arabic) ﻕﻮﻘﺒﺣ 1:2 حتى متى يا رب ادعو وانت لا تسمع اصرخ اليك من الظلم وانت لا تخلّص. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hab 1:2 How long, O Lord, will I call for help, And You will not hear? I cry out to You, "Violence!" Yet You do not save.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Habakkuk 1:3---- (Arabic) ﻕﻮﻘﺒﺣ 1:3 لم تريني اثما وتبصر جورا. وقدامي اغتصاب وظلم ويحدث خصام وترفع المخاصمة نفسها. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hab 1:3 Why do You make me see iniquity, And cause me to look on wickedness? Yes, destruction and violence are before me; Strife exists and contention arises.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Habakkuk 1:4---- (Arabic) ﻕﻮﻘﺒﺣ 1:4 لذلك جمدت الشريعة ولا يخرج الحكم بتّة لان الشرير يحيط بالصدّيق فلذلك يخرج الحكم معوّجا -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hab 1:4 Therefore the law is ignored And justice is never upheld. For the wicked surround the righteous; Therefore justice comes out perverted.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Habakkuk 1:5---- (Arabic) ﻕﻮﻘﺒﺣ 1:5 انظروا بين الامم وابصروا وتحيّروا حيرة. لاني عامل عملا في ايامكم لا تصدقون به ان أخبر به. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hab 1:5 "Look among the nations! Observe! Be astonished! Wonder! Because I am doing something in your days-- You would not believe if you were told.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Habakkuk 1:6---- (Arabic) ﻕﻮﻘﺒﺣ 1:6 فهانذا مقيم الكلدانيين الامّة المرّة القاحمة السالكة في رحاب الارض لتملك مساكن ليست لها. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hab 1:6 "For behold, I am raising up the Chaldeans, That fierce and impetuous people Who march throughout the earth To seize dwelling places which are not theirs.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Habakkuk 1:7---- (Arabic) ﻕﻮﻘﺒﺣ 1:7 هي هائلة ومخوفة. من قبل نفسها يخرج حكمها وجلالها. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hab 1:7 "They are dreaded and feared; Their justice and authority originate with themselves.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Habakkuk 1:8---- (Arabic) ﻕﻮﻘﺒﺣ 1:8 وخيلها اسرع من النمور وأحدّ من ذئاب المساء وفرسانها ينتشرون وفرسانها يأتون من بعيد ويطيرون كالنسر المسرع الى الأكل. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hab 1:8 "Their horses are swifter than leopards And keener than wolves in the evening. Their horsemen come galloping, Their horsemen come from afar; They fly like an eagle swooping down to devour.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Habakkuk 1:9---- (Arabic) ﻕﻮﻘﺒﺣ 1:9 ياتون كلهم للظلم. منظر وجوههم الى قدام ويجمعون سبيا كالرمل. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hab 1:9 "All of them come for violence. Their horde of faces moves forward. They collect captives like sand.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Habakkuk 1:10---- (Arabic) ﻕﻮﻘﺒﺣ 1:10 وهي تسخر من الملوك والرؤساء ضحكة لها. وتضحك على كل حصن وتكوّم التراب وتاخذه. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hab 1:10 "They mock at kings And rulers are a laughing matter to them. They laugh at every fortress And heap up rubble to capture it.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Habakkuk 1:11---- (Arabic) ﻕﻮﻘﺒﺣ 1:11 ثم تتعدّى روحها فتعبر وتأثم. هذه قوتها الهها -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hab 1:11 "Then they will sweep through like the wind and pass on. But they will be held guilty, They whose strength is their god."(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Habakkuk 1:12---- (Arabic) ﻕﻮﻘﺒﺣ 1:12 ألست انت منذ الازل يا رب الهي قدوسي. لا نموت. يا رب للحكم جعلتها ويا صخر للتأديب اسستها. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hab 1:12 Are You not from everlasting, O Lord, my God, my Holy One? We will not die. You, O Lord, have appointed them to judge; And You, O Rock, have established them to correct.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Habakkuk 1:13---- (Arabic) ﻕﻮﻘﺒﺣ 1:13 عيناك اطهر من ان تنظرا الشر ولا تستطيع النظر الى الجور فلم تنظر الى الناهبين وتصمت حين يبلع الشرير من هو ابرّ منه. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hab 1:13 Your eyes are too pure to approve evil, And You can not look on wickedness with favor. Why do You look with favor On those who deal treacherously? Why are You silent when the wicked swallow up Those more righteous than they?(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Habakkuk 1:14---- (Arabic) ﻕﻮﻘﺒﺣ 1:14 وتجعل الناس كسمك البحر كدبابات لا سلطان لها. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hab 1:14 Why have You made men like the fish of the sea, Like creeping things without a ruler over them?(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Habakkuk 1:15---- (Arabic) ﻕﻮﻘﺒﺣ 1:15 تطلع الكل بشصّها وتصطادهم بشبكتها وتجمعهم في مصيدتها فلذلك تفرح وتبتهج. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hab 1:15 The Chaldeans bring all of them up with a hook, Drag them away with their net, And gather them together in their fishing net. Therefore they rejoice and are glad.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Habakkuk 1:16---- (Arabic) ﻕﻮﻘﺒﺣ 1:16 لذلك تذبح لشبكتها وتبخّر لمصيدتها لانه بهما سمن نصيبها وطعامها مسمّن. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hab 1:16 Therefore they offer a sacrifice to their net And burn incense to their fishing net; Because through these things their catch is large, And their food is plentiful.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Habakkuk 1:17---- (Arabic) ﻕﻮﻘﺒﺣ 1:17 أفلأجل هذا تفرغ شبكتها ولا تعفو عن قتل الامم دائما -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hab 1:17 Will they therefore empty their net And continually slay nations without sparing?(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Habakkuk 2:1 ---- written 607 B.C.
