Exodus 21:1 و این است احكامی كه پیش ایشان میگذاری:(Persian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 21:1 "Now these are the ordinances which you are to set before them:(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 21:2---- Exodus 21:2 « اگر غلام عبری بخری، شش سال خدمت كند، و در هفتمین، بیقیمت، آزاد بیرون رود.(Persian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 21:2 "If you buy a Hebrew slave, he shall serve for six years; but on the seventh he shall go out as a free man without payment.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 21:3---- Exodus 21:3 اگر تنها آمده، تنها بیرون رود و اگر صاحب زن بوده، زنش همراه او بیرون رود.(Persian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 21:3 If he comes alone, he shall go out alone; if he is the husband of a wife, then his wife shall go out with him.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 21:4---- Exodus 21:4 اگر آقایش زنی بدو دهد و پسران یا دختران برایش بزاید، آنگاه زن و اولادش از آن آقایش باشند، و آن مرد تنها بیرون رود.(Persian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 21:4 If his master gives him a wife, and she bears him sons or daughters, the wife and her children shall belong to her master, and he shall go out alone.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 21:5---- Exodus 21:5 لیكن هرگاه آن غلام بگوید كه هرآینه آقایم و زن و فرزندان خود را دوست میدارم و نمیخواهم كه آزاد بیرون روم،(Persian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 21:5 But if the slave plainly says, 'I love my master, my wife and my children; I will not go out as a free man,'(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 21:6---- Exodus 21:6 آنگاه آقایش او را به حضور خدا بیاورد، و او را نزدیك در یا قایمۀ در برساند، و آقایش گوش او را با درفشی سوراخ كند، و او وی را همیشه بندگی نماید.(Persian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 21:6 then his master shall bring him to God, then he shall bring him to the door or the doorpost. And his master shall pierce his ear with an awl; and he shall serve him permanently.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 21:7---- Exodus 21:7 « اما اگر شخصی، دختر خود را به كنیزی بفروشد، مثل غلامان بیرون نرود.(Persian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 21:7 "If a man sells his daughter as a female slave, she is not to go free as the male slaves do.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 21:8---- Exodus 21:8 هر گاه به نظر آقایش كه او را برای خود نامزد كرده است ناپسند آید، بگذارد كه او را فدیه دهند، اما هیچ حق ندارد كه او را به قوم بیگانه بفروشد، زیرا كه بدوخیانت كرده است.(Persian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 21:8 If she is displeasing in the eyes of her master who designated her for himself, then he shall let her be redeemed. He does not have authority to sell her to a foreign people because of his unfairness to her.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 21:9---- Exodus 21:9 و هرگاه او را به پسر خود نامزد كند، موافق رسم دختران با او عمل نماید.(Persian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 21:9 If he designates her for his son, he shall deal with her according to the custom of daughters.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 21:10---- Exodus 21:10 اگر زنی دیگر برای خود گیرد، آنگاه خوراك و لباس و مباشرت او را كم نكند.(Persian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 21:10 If he takes to himself another woman, he may not reduce her food, her clothing, or her conjugal rights.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 21:11---- Exodus 21:11 و اگر این سه چیز را برای او نكند، آنگاه بیقیمت و رایگان بیرون رود.(Persian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 21:11 If he will not do these three things for her, then she shall go out for nothing, without payment of money.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 21:12---- Exodus 21:12 « هر كه انسانی را بزند و او بمیرد، هر آینه كشته شود.(Persian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 21:12 "He who strikes a man so that he dies shall surely be put to death.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 21:13---- Exodus 21:13 اما اگر قصد او نداشت، بلكه خدا وی را بدستش رسانید، آنگاه مكانی برای تو معین كنم تا بدانجا فرار كند.(Persian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 21:13 But if he did not lie in wait for him, but God let him fall into his hand, then I will appoint you a place to which he may flee.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 21:14---- Exodus 21:14 لیكن اگر شخصی عمداً بر همسایۀ خود آید، تا او را به مكر بكشد، آنگاه او را از مذبح من كشیده، به قتل برسان.(Persian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 21:14 If, however, a man acts presumptuously toward his neighbor, so as to kill him craftily, you are to take him even from My altar, that he may die.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 21:15---- Exodus 21:15 « و هر كه پدر یا مادر خود را زند، هرآینه كشته شود.(Persian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 21:15 "He who strikes his father or his mother shall surely be put to death.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 21:16---- Exodus 21:16 « و هر كه آدمی را بدزدد و او را بفروشد یا در دستش یافت شود، هرآینه كشته شود.(Persian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 21:16 "He who kidnaps a man, whether he sells him or he is found in his possession, shall surely be put to death.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 21:17---- Exodus 21:17 « و هر كه پدر یا مادر خود را لعنت كند، هرآینه كشته شود.(Persian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 21:17 "He who curses his father or his mother shall surely be put to death.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 21:18---- Exodus 21:18 « و اگر دو مرد نزاع كنند، و یكی دیگری را به سنگ یا به مشت زند، و او نمیرد لیكن بستری شود،(Persian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 21:18 "If men have a quarrel and one strikes the other with a stone or with his fist, and he does not die but remains in bed,(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 21:19---- Exodus 21:19 اگر برخیزد و با عصا بیرون رود، آنگاه زنندۀ او بیگناه شمرده شود، اما عوض بیكاریاش را ادا نماید، و خرج معالجۀ او را بدهد.(Persian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 21:19 if he gets up and walks around outside on his staff, then he who struck him shall go unpunished; he shall only pay for his loss of time, and shall take care of him until he is completely healed.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 21:20---- Exodus 21:20 « و اگر كسی غلام یا كنیز خود را به عصا بزند، و او زیر دست او بمیرد، هرآینه انتقام او گرفته شود.(Persian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 21:20 "If a man strikes his male or female slave with a rod and he dies at his hand, he shall be punished.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 21:21---- Exodus 21:21 لیكن اگر یك دو روز زنده بماند، ازاو انتقام كشیده نشود، زیرا كه زرخرید اوست.(Persian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 21:21 If, however, he survives a day or two, no vengeance shall be taken; for he is his property.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 21:22---- Exodus 21:22 « و اگر مردم جنگ كنند، و زنی حامله را بزنند، و اولاد او سقط گردد، و ضرری دیگر نشود، البته غرامتی بدهد موافق آنچه شوهر زن بدو گذارد، و به حضور داوران ادا نماید.(Persian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 21:22 "If men struggle with each other and strike a woman with child so that she gives birth prematurely, yet there is no injury, he shall surely be fined as the woman's husband may demand of him, and he shall pay as the judges decide.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 21:23---- Exodus 21:23 و اگر اذیتی دیگر حاصل شود، آنگاه جان به عوض جان بده،(Persian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 21:23 But if there is any further injury, then you shall appoint as a penalty life for life,(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 21:24---- Exodus 21:24 و چشم به عوض چشم، و دندان به عوض دندان، و دست به عوض دست، و پا به عوض پا،(Persian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 21:24 eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot,(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 21:25---- Exodus 21:25 و داغ به عوض داغ، و زخم به عوض زخم، و لطمه به عوض لطمه.(Persian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 21:25 burn for burn, wound for wound, bruise for bruise.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 21:26---- Exodus 21:26 « و اگر كسی چشم غلام یا چشم كنیز خود را بزند كه ضایع شود، او را به عوض چشمش آزاد كند.(Persian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 21:26 "If a man strikes the eye of his male or female slave, and destroys it, he shall let him go free on account of his eye.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 21:27---- Exodus 21:27 و اگر دندان غلام یا دندان كنیز خود را بیندازد، او را به عوض دندانش آزاد كند.(Persian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 21:27 And if he knocks out a tooth of his male or female slave, he shall let him go free on account of his tooth.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 21:28---- Exodus 21:28 « و هرگاه گاوی به شاخ خود مردی یا زنی را بزند كه او بمیرد، گاو را البته سنگسار كنند، و گوشتش را نخورند و صاحب گاو بیگناه باشد.(Persian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 21:28 "If an ox gores a man or a woman to death, the ox shall surely be stoned and its flesh shall not be eaten; but the owner of the ox shall go unpunished.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 21:29---- Exodus 21:29 و لیكن اگر گاو قبل از آن شاخزن میبود، و صاحبش آگاه بود، و آن را نگاه نداشت، و او مردی یا زنی را كشت، گاو را سنگسار كنند، و صاحبش را نیز به قتل رسانند.(Persian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 21:29 If, however, an ox was previously in the habit of goring and its owner has been warned, yet he does not confine it and it kills a man or a woman, the ox shall be stoned and its owner also shall be put to death.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 21:30---- Exodus 21:30 و اگر دیه بر او گذاشته شود، آنگاه برای فدیۀ جان خود هرآنچه بر او مقرر شود، ادا نماید.(Persian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 21:30 If a ransom is demanded of him, then he shall give for the redemption of his life whatever is demanded of him.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 21:31---- Exodus 21:31 خواه پسر خواه دختر را شاخ زده باشد، به حسب این حكم با او عمل كنند.(Persian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 21:31 Whether it gores a son or a daughter, it shall be done to him according to the same rule.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 21:32---- Exodus 21:32 اگر گاو، غلامی یا كنیزی را بزند، سی مثقال نقره به صاحب او داده شود، و گاو سنگسار شود.(Persian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 21:32 If the ox gores a male or female slave, the owner shall give his or her master thirty shekels of silver, and the ox shall be stoned.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 21:33---- Exodus 21:33 « و اگر كسی چاهی گشاید یا كسی چاهی حفر كند و آن را نپوشاند، و گاوی یا الاغی در آن افتد،(Persian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 21:33 "If a man opens a pit, or digs a pit and does not cover it over, and an ox or a donkey falls into it,(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 21:34---- Exodus 21:34 صاحب چاه عوض او را بدهد، و قیمتشرا به صاحبش ادا نماید، و میته از آن او باشد.(Persian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 21:34 the owner of the pit shall make restitution; he shall give money to its owner, and the dead animal shall become his.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 21:35---- Exodus 21:35 « و اگر گاو شخصی، گاو همسایۀ او را بزند، و آن بمیرد پس گاو زنده را بفروشند، و قیمت آن را تقسیم كنند، و میته را نیز تقسیم نمایند.(Persian) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 21:35 "If one man's ox hurts another's so that it dies, then they shall sell the live ox and divide its price equally;
