Josué 20:1 Y Jehová habló a Josué, diciendo:(Spanish) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jos 20:1 Then the Lord spoke to Joshua, saying,(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Joshua 20:2---- Josué 20:2 Habla a los hijos de Israel, diciendo: Señalaos las ciudades de refugio, de las cuales yo os hablé por Moisés;(Spanish) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jos 20:2 "Speak to the sons of Israel, saying, 'Designate the cities of refuge, of which I spoke to you through Moses,(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Joshua 20:3---- Josué 20:3 para que se refugie allí el homicida que matare a alguno por yerro y no a sabiendas; que os sean por refugio del cercano del muerto.(Spanish) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jos 20:3 that the manslayer who kills any person unintentionally, without premeditation, may flee there, and they shall become your refuge from the avenger of blood.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Joshua 20:4---- Josué 20:4 Y el que se refugiare a alguna de aquellas ciudades, se presentará a la puerta de la ciudad, y dirá sus causas, oyéndolo los ancianos de aquella ciudad: y ellos le recibirán consigo dentro de la ciudad, y le darán lugar que habite con ellos.(Spanish) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jos 20:4 He shall flee to one of these cities, and shall stand at the entrance of the gate of the city and state his case in the hearing of the elders of that city; and they shall take him into the city to them and give him a place, so that he may dwell among them.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Joshua 20:5---- Josué 20:5 Y cuando el cercano del muerto le siguiere, no entregarán en su mano al homicida, por cuanto hirió a su prójimo por accidente, ni tuvo con él antes enemistad.(Spanish) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jos 20:5 Now if the avenger of blood pursues him, then they shall not deliver the manslayer into his hand, because he struck his neighbor without premeditation and did not hate him beforehand.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Joshua 20:6---- Josué 20:6 Y quedará en aquella ciudad hasta que comparezca en juicio delante de la congregación, hasta la muerte del sumo sacerdote que fuere en aquel tiempo: entonces el homicida tornará y vendrá a su ciudad y a su casa y a la ciudad de donde huyó.(Spanish) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jos 20:6 He shall dwell in that city until he stands before the congregation for judgment, until the death of the one who is high priest in those days. Then the manslayer shall return to his own city and to his own house, to the city from which he fled.'"(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Joshua 20:7---- Josué 20:7 Entonces señalaron a Cedes en Galilea, en el monte de Neftalí, y a Siquem en el monte de Efraín, y a Quiriat-arba, que es Hebrón, en el monte de Judá.(Spanish) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jos 20:7 So they set apart Kedesh in Galilee in the hill country of Naphtali and Shechem in the hill country of Ephraim, and Kiriath-arba (that is, Hebron) in the hill country of Judah.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Joshua 20:8---- Josué 20:8 Y al otro lado del Jordán, al oriente de Jericó, señalaron a Beser en el desierto, en la llanura de la tribu de Rubén, y a Ramot en Galaad de la tribu de Gad, y a Golán en Basán de la tribu de Manasés.(Spanish) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jos 20:8 Beyond the Jordan east of Jericho, they designated Bezer in the wilderness on the plain from the tribe of Reuben, and Ramoth in Gilead from the tribe of Gad, and Golan in Bashan from the tribe of Manasseh.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Joshua 20:9---- Josué 20:9 Éstas fueron las ciudades señaladas para todos los hijos de Israel, y para el extranjero que habitase entre ellos, para que pudiese huir a ellas cualquiera que hiriese hombre por accidente, y no muriese por mano del vengador de la sangre, hasta que compareciese delante de la congregación.(Spanish) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jos 20:9 These were the appointed cities for all the sons of Israel and for the stranger who sojourns among them, that whoever kills any person unintentionally may flee there, and not die by the hand of the avenger of blood until he stands before the congregation.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Joshua 21:1 ---- written 1400-1370 B.C.---- |
