And if you will put away your detested things from My presence, And will not waver, (nasb) Jer 4:1 "If you will return, O Israel," says the Lord, "Return to Me; And if you will put away your abominations out of My sight, Then you shall not be moved. (nkjv) Jer 4:1 Willst du dich, Israel, bekehren, spricht der HERR, so bekehre dich zu mir. Und so du deine Greuel wegtust von meinem Angesicht, so sollst du nicht vertrieben werden.(dhs) Jer 4:1 ἐὰν ἐπιστραφῇ Ισραηλ λέγει κύριος πρός με ἐπιστραφήσεται ἐὰν περιέλῃ τὰ βδελύγματα αὐτοῦ ἐκ στόματος αὐτοῦ καὶ ἀπὸ τοῦ προσώπου μου εὐλαβηθῇ (lxx) ======= Jeremiah 4:2 ============ Jer 4:2 And you will swear, 'As the Lord lives, 'In truth, in justice and in righteousness; Then the nations will bless themselves in Him, And in Him they will glory." (nkjv) Jer 4:2 Alsdann wirst du ohne Heuchelei recht und heilig schwören: So wahr der HERR lebt! und die Heiden werden in ihm gesegnet werden und sich sein rühmen.(dhs) Jer 4:2 καὶ ὀμόσῃ ζῇ κύριος μετὰ ἀληθείας καὶ ἐν κρίσει καὶ ἐν δικαιοσύνῃ καὶ εὐλογήσουσιν ἐν αὐτῇ ἔθνη καὶ ἐν αὐτῷ αἰνέσουσιν τῷ θεῷ ἐν Ιερουσαλημ (lxx) ======= Jeremiah 4:3 ============ Jer 4:3 For thus says the Lord to the men of Judah and to Jerusalem," Break up your fallow ground, And do not sow among thorns. (nasb) Jer 4:4 Circumcise yourselves to the Lord, And take away the foreskins of your hearts, You men of Judah and inhabitants of Jerusalem, Lest My fury come forth like fire, And burn so that no one can quench it, Because of the evil of your doings." (nkjv) Jer 4:4 Beschneidet euch dem HERRN und tut weg die Vorhaut eures Herzens, ihr Männer in Juda und ihr Leute zu Jerusalem, auf daß nicht mein Grimm ausfahre wie Feuer und brenne, daß niemand löschen könne, um eurer Bosheit willen.(dhs) Jer 4:4 περιτμήθητε τῷ θεῷ ὑμῶν καὶ περιτέμεσθε τὴν σκληροκαρδίαν ὑμῶν ἄνδρες Ιουδα καὶ οἱ κατοικοῦντες Ιερουσαλημ μὴ ἐξέλθῃ ὡς πῦρ ὁ θυμός μου καὶ ἐκκαυθήσεται καὶ οὐκ ἔσται ὁ σβέσων ἀπὸ προσώπου πονηρίας ἐπιτηδευμάτων ὑμῶν (lxx) ======= Jeremiah 4:5 ============ Jer 4:5 Declare in Judah and proclaim in Jerusalem, and say, "Blow the trumpet in the land; Cry aloud and say, 'Assemble yourselves, and let us go Into the fortified cities.' (nkjv) Jer 4:5 Verkündiget in Juda und schreiet laut zu Jerusalem und sprecht: "Blaset die Drommete im Lande!" Ruft mit voller Stimme und sprecht: "Sammelt euch und laßt uns in die festen Städte ziehen!"(dhs) Jer 4:5 ἀναγγείλατε ἐν τῷ Ιουδα καὶ ἀκουσθήτω ἐν Ιερουσαλημ εἴπατε σημάνατε ἐπὶ τῆς γῆς σάλπιγγι καὶ κεκράξατε μέγα εἴπατε συνάχθητε καὶ εἰσέλθωμεν εἰς τὰς πόλεις τὰς τειχήρεις (lxx) ======= Jeremiah 4:6 ============ Jer 4:6 "Lift up a standard toward Zion! Seek refuge, do not stand still, For I am bringing evil from the north, And great destruction. (nasb) Jer 4:6 Set up the standard toward Zion. Take refuge! Do not delay! For I will bring disaster from the north, And great destruction." (nkjv) Jer 4:6 Werft zu Zion ein Panier auf; flieht und säumt nicht! Denn ich bringe ein Unglück herzu von Mitternacht und einen großen Jammer.(dhs) Jer 4:6 ἀναλαβόντες φεύγετε εἰς Σιων σπεύσατε μὴ στῆτε ὅτι κακὰ ἐγὼ ἐπάγω ἀπὸ βορρᾶ καὶ συντριβὴν μεγάλην (lxx) ======= Jeremiah 4:7 ============ Jer 4:7 "A lion has gone up from his thicket, And a destroyer of nations has set out; He has gone out from his place To make your land a waste. Your cities will be ruins Without inhabitant. (nasb) Jer 4:7 The lion has come up from his thicket, And the destroyer of nations is on his way. He has gone forth from his place To make your land desolate. Your cities will be laid waste, Without inhabitant. (nkjv) Jer 4:7 Es fährt daher der Löwe aus seiner Hecke, und der Verstörer der Heiden zieht einher aus seinem Ort, daß er dein Land verwüste und deine Städte ausbrenne, daß niemand darin wohne.(dhs) Jer 4:7 ἀνέβη λέων ἐκ τῆς μάνδρας αὐτοῦ ἐξολεθρεύων ἔθνη ἐξῆρεν καὶ ἐξῆλθεν ἐκ τοῦ τόπου αὐτοῦ τοῦ θεῖναι τὴν γῆν εἰς ἐρήμωσιν καὶ πόλεις καθαιρεθήσονται παρὰ τὸ μὴ κατοικεῖσθαι αὐτάς (lxx) ======= Jeremiah 4:8 ============ Jer 4:8 "For this, put on sackcloth, Lament and wail; For the fierce anger of the Lord Has not turned back from us." (nkjv) Jer 4:8 Darum ziehet Säcke an, klaget und heulet; denn der grimmige Zorn des HERRN will sich nicht wenden von uns.(dhs) Jer 4:8 ἐπὶ τούτοις περιζώσασθε σάκκους καὶ κόπτεσθε καὶ ἀλαλάξατε διότι οὐκ ἀπεστράφη ὁ θυμὸς κυρίου ἀφ᾽ ὑμῶν (lxx) ======= Jeremiah 4:9 ============ Jer 4:9 "It shall come about in that day," declares the Lord, "that the heart of the king and the heart of the princes will fail; and the priests will be appalled and the prophets will be astounded." (nkjv) Jer 4:9 Zu der Zeit, spricht der HERR, wird dem König und den Fürsten das Herz entfallen; die Priester werden bestürzt und die Propheten erschrocken sein.(dhs) Jer 4:9 καὶ ἔσται ἐν ἐκείνῃ τῇ ἡμέρᾳ λέγει κύριος ἀπολεῖται ἡ καρδία τοῦ βασιλέως καὶ ἡ καρδία τῶν ἀρχόντων καὶ οἱ ἱερεῖς ἐκστήσονται καὶ οἱ προφῆται θαυμάσονται (lxx) ======= Jeremiah 4:10 ============ Jer 4:10 Then I said, "Ah, Lord God! Surely You have utterly deceived this people and Jerusalem, saying, 'You will have peace'; whereas a sword touches the throat." (nasb) Jer 4:10 Then I said, "Ah, Lord God! Surely You have greatly deceived this people and Jerusalem, Saying, 'You shall have peace,' Whereas the sword reaches to the heart." (nkjv) Jer 4:10 Ich aber sprach: Ach HERR HERR! du hast's diesem Volk und Jerusalem weit fehlgehen lassen, da sie sagten: "Es wird Friede mit euch sein", so doch das Schwert bis an die Seele reicht.(dhs) Jer 4:10 καὶ εἶπα ὦ δέσποτα κύριε ἄρα γε ἀπατῶν ἠπάτησας τὸν λαὸν τοῦτον καὶ τὴν Ιερουσαλημ λέγων εἰρήνη ἔσται ὑμῖν καὶ ἰδοὺ ἥψατο ἡ μάχαιρα ἕως τῆς ψυχῆς αὐτῶν (lxx) ======= Jeremiah 4:11 ============ Jer 4:11 In that time it will be said to this people and to Jerusalem," A scorching wind from the bare heights in the wilderness in the direction of the daughter of My people - not to winnow and not to cleanse, (nasb) Jer 4:11 At that time it will be said To this people and to Jerusalem, "A dry wind of the desolate heights blows in the wilderness Toward the daughter of My people-- Not to fan or to cleanse-- (nkjv) Jer 4:11 Zu derselben Zeit wird man diesem Volk und Jerusalem sagen: "Es kommt ein dürrer Wind über das Gebirge her aus der Wüste, des Weges zu der Tochter meines Volks, nicht zum Worfeln noch zu Schwingen."(dhs) Jer 4:11 ἐν τῷ καιρῷ ἐκείνῳ ἐροῦσιν τῷ λαῷ τούτῳ καὶ τῇ Ιερουσαλημ πνεῦμα πλανήσεως ἐν τῇ ἐρήμῳ ὁδὸς τῆς θυγατρὸς τοῦ λαοῦ μου οὐκ εἰς καθαρὸν οὐδ᾽ εἰς ἅγιον (lxx) ======= Jeremiah 4:12 ============ Jer 4:12 a wind too strong for this - will come at My command; now I will also pronounce judgments against them. Woe to us, for we are ruined!" (nasb) Jer 4:13 "Behold, he shall come up like clouds, And his chariots like a whirlwind. His horses are swifter than eagles. Woe to us, for we are plundered!" (nkjv) Jer 4:13 Siehe, er fährt daher wie Wolken, und seine Wagen sind wie Sturmwind, seine Rosse sind schneller denn Adler. Weh uns! wir müssen verstört werden."(dhs) Jer 4:13 ἰδοὺ ὡς νεφέλη ἀναβήσεται καὶ ὡς καταιγὶς τὰ ἅρματα αὐτοῦ κουφότεροι ἀετῶν οἱ ἵπποι αὐτοῦ οὐαὶ ἡμῖν ὅτι ταλαιπωροῦμεν (lxx) ======= Jeremiah 4:14 ============ Jer 4:14 Wash your heart from evil, O Jerusalem, That you may be saved. How long will your wicked thoughts Lodge within you? (nasb) Jer 4:14 O Jerusalem, wash your heart from wickedness, That you may be saved. How long shall your evil thoughts lodge within you? (nkjv) Jer 4:14 So wasche nun, Jerusalem, dein Herz von der Bosheit, auf daß dir geholfen werde. Wie lange wollen bei dir bleiben deine leidigen Gedanken?(dhs) Jer 4:14 ἀπόπλυνε ἀπὸ κακίας τὴν καρδίαν σου Ιερουσαλημ ἵνα σωθῇς ἕως πότε ὑπάρξουσιν ἐν σοὶ διαλογισμοὶ πόνων σου (lxx) ======= Jeremiah 4:15 ============ Jer 4:15 For a voice declares from Dan, And proclaims wickedness from Mount Ephraim. Proclaim over Jerusalem, 'Besiegers come from a far country, And lift their voices against the cities of Judah. (nkjv) Jer 4:16 Saget an den Heiden, verkündiget in Jerusalem, daß Hüter kommen aus fernen Landen und werden schreien wider die Städte Juda's.(dhs) Jer 4:16 ἀναμνήσατε ἔθνη ἰδοὺ ἥκασιν ἀναγγείλατε ἐν Ιερουσαλημ συστροφαὶ ἔρχονται ἐκ γῆς μακρόθεν καὶ ἔδωκαν ἐπὶ τὰς πόλεις Ιουδα φωνὴν αὐτῶν (lxx) ======= Jeremiah 4:17 ============ Jer 4:17 'Like watchmen of a field they are against her round about, Because she has rebelled against Me,' declares the Lord. (nasb) Jer 4:17 Like keepers of a field they are against her all around, Because she has been rebellious against Me," says the Lord. (nkjv) Jer 4:17 Sie werden sich um sie her lagern wie die Hüter auf dem Felde; denn sie haben mich erzürnt, spricht der HERR.(dhs) Jer 4:17 ὡς φυλάσσοντες ἀγρὸν ἐγένοντο ἐπ᾽ αὐτὴν κύκλῳ ὅτι ἐμοῦ ἠμέλησας λέγει κύριος (lxx) ======= Jeremiah 4:18 ============ Jer 4:18 "Your ways and your deeds Have brought these things to you. This is your evil. How bitter! How it has touched your heart!" (nasb) Jer 4:18 "Your ways and your doings Have procured these things for you. This is your wickedness, Because it is bitter, Because it reaches to your heart." (nkjv) Jer 4:18 Das hast du zum Lohn für dein Wesen und dein Tun. (nasb) Jer 4:20 Destruction upon destruction is cried, For the whole land is plundered. Suddenly my tents are plundered, And my curtains in a moment. They are wise to do evil, But to do good they have no knowledge." (nkjv) Jer 4:22 Aber mein Volk ist toll, und sie glauben mir nicht; töricht sind sie und achten's nicht. (nkjv) Jer 4:26 Ich sah, und siehe, das Gefilde war eine Wüste; und alle Städte darin waren zerbrochen vor dem HERRN und vor seinem grimmigen Zorn.(dhs) Jer 4:26 εἶδον καὶ ἰδοὺ ὁ Κάρμηλος ἔρημος καὶ πᾶσαι αἱ πόλεις ἐμπεπυρισμέναι πυρὶ ἀπὸ προσώπου κυρίου καὶ ἀπὸ προσώπου ὀργῆς θυμοῦ αὐτοῦ ἠφανίσθησαν (lxx) ======= Jeremiah 4:27 ============ Jer 4:27 For thus says the Lord, "The whole land shall be a desolation, Yet I will not execute a complete destruction. (nasb) Jer 4:27 For thus says the Lord: "The whole land shall be desolate; Yet I will not make a full end. (nkjv) Jer 4:27 Denn so spricht der HERR: Das ganze Land soll wüst werden, und ich will's doch nicht gar aus machen.(dhs) Jer 4:27 τάδε λέγει κύριος ἔρημος ἔσται πᾶσα ἡ γῆ συντέλειαν δὲ οὐ μὴ ποιήσω (lxx) ======= Jeremiah 4:28 ============ Jer 4:28 "For this the earth shall mourn And the heavens above be dark, Because I have spoken, I have purposed, And I will not change My mind, nor will I turn from it." (nasb) Jer 4:28 For this shall the earth mourn, And the heavens above be black, Because I have spoken. I have purposed and will not relent, Nor will I turn back from it. (nkjv) Jer 4:28 Darum wird das Land betrübt und der Himmel droben traurig sein; denn ich habe es geredet, ich habe es beschlossen, und es soll mich nicht reuen, will auch nicht davon ablassen.(dhs) Jer 4:28 ἐπὶ τούτοις πενθείτω ἡ γῆ καὶ συσκοτασάτω ὁ οὐρανὸς ἄνωθεν διότι ἐλάλησα καὶ οὐ μετανοήσω ὥρμησα καὶ οὐκ ἀποστρέψω ἀπ᾽ αὐτῆς (lxx) ======= Jeremiah 4:29 ============ Jer 4:29 At the sound of the horseman and bowman every city flees; They go into the thickets and climb among the rocks; Every city is forsaken, And no man dwells in them. (nasb) Jer 4:29 The whole city shall flee from the noise of the horsemen and bowmen. They shall go into thickets and climb up on the rocks. Every city shall be forsaken, And not a man shall dwell in it. (nkjv) Jer 4:29 Aus allen Städten werden sie vor dem Geschrei der Reiter und Schützen fliehen und in die dicken Wälder laufen und in die Felsen kriechen; alle Städte werden verlassen stehen, daß niemand darin wohnt.(dhs) Jer 4:29 ἀπὸ φωνῆς ἱππέως καὶ ἐντεταμένου τόξου ἀνεχώρησεν πᾶσα χώρα εἰσέδυσαν εἰς τὰ σπήλαια καὶ εἰς τὰ ἄλση ἐκρύβησαν καὶ ἐπὶ τὰς πέτρας ἀνέβησαν πᾶσα πόλις ἐγκατελείφθη οὐ κατοικεῖ ἐν αὐταῖς ἄνθρωπος (lxx) ======= Jeremiah 4:30 ============ Jer 4:30 And you, O desolate one, what will you do? Although you dress in scarlet, Although you decorate yourself with ornaments of gold, Although you enlarge your eyes with paint, In vain you make yourself beautiful.
