So they cast, and then they were not able to haul it in because of the great number of fish. (nas) Jn 21:6 And He said to them, "Cast the net on the right side of the boat, and you will find some." So they cast, and now they were not able to draw it in because of the multitude of fish. (nkjv) Jn 21:6 Er aber sprach zu ihnen: Werfet das Netz zur Rechten des Schiffs, so werdet ihr finden. So when Simon Peter heard that it was the Lord, he put his outer garment on (for he was stripped for work), and threw himself into the sea. (nas) Jn 21:20 Then Peter, turning around, saw the disciple whom Jesus loved following, who also had leaned on His breast at the supper, and said, "Lord, who is the one who betrays You?" (nkjv) Jn 21:20 Petrus aber wandte sich um und sah den Jünger folgen, welchen Jesus liebhatte, der auch an seiner Brust beim Abendessen gelegen war und gesagt hatte: HERR, wer ist's, der dich verrät?(dhs) Jn 21:20 ἐπιστραφεὶς ὁ πέτρος βλέπει τὸν μαθητὴν ὃν ἠγάπα ὁ ἰησοῦς ἀκολουθοῦντα, ὃς καὶ ἀνέπεσεν ἐν τῶ δείπνῳ ἐπὶ τὸ στῆθος αὐτοῦ καὶ εἶπεν, κύριε, τίς ἐστιν ὁ παραδιδούς σε; (Nestle-Aland) Jn 21:20 επιστραφεις δε ο πετρος βλεπει τον μαθητην ον ηγαπα ο ιησους ακολουθουντα ος και ανεπεσεν εν τω δειπνω επι το στηθος αυτου και ειπεν κυριε τις εστιν ο παραδιδους σε (Textus Receptus) ======= John 21:21 ============ Jn 21:21 So Peter seeing him said to Jesus, "Lord, and what about this man?" Yet Jesus did not say to him that he would not die, but, "If I will that he remain till I come, what is that to you?"
