for they did not follow Me fully,(nasb) ======= Numbers 32:12 ============ Num 32:12 Save Caleb the son of Jephunneh the Kenezite, and Joshua the son of Nun: for they have wholly followed the LORD.(KJV) Numbers 32:12 Except Caleb the sonne of Iephunneh the Kenesite, and Ioshua the sonne of Nun: for they haue constantly followed the Lorde.(Geneva) Nombres 32:12 excepté Caleb, fils de Jephunné, le Kenizien, et Josué, fils de Nun, qui ont pleinement suivi la voie de l'Eternel.(FR) 12 ׃32 בִּלְתִּ֞י כָּלֵ֤ב בֶּן־יְפֻנֶּה֙ הַקְּנִזִּ֔י וִיהוֹשֻׁ֖עַ בִּן־נ֑וּן כִּ֥י מִלְא֖וּ אַחֲרֵ֥י יְהוָֽה׃ Numbers Num 32:12 except Caleb the son of Jephunneh the Kenizzite and Joshua the son of Nun, for they have followed the Lord fully.'(nasb) ======= Numbers 32:13 ============ Num 32:13 And the LORD's anger was kindled against Israel, and he made them wander in the wilderness forty years, until all the generation, that had done evil in the sight of the LORD, was consumed.(KJV) Numbers 32:13 And the Lord was very angry with Israel, and made them wander in the wildernesse fourty yeeres, vntill all the generation that had done euill in the sight of the Lorde were consumed.(Geneva) Nombres 32:13 La colère de l'Eternel s'enflamma contre Israël, et il les fit errer dans le désert pendant quarante années, jusqu'à l'anéantissement de toute la génération qui avait fait le mal aux yeux de l'Eternel.(FR) 13 ׃32 וַיִּֽחַר־אַ֤ף יְהוָה֙ בְּיִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל וַיְנִעֵם֙ בַּמִּדְבָּ֔ר אַרְבָּעִ֖ים שָׁנָ֑ה עַד־תֹּם֙ כָּל־הַדּ֔וֹר הָעֹשֶׂ֥ה הָרַ֖ע בְּעֵינֵ֥י יְהוָֽה׃ Numbers Num 32:13 So the Lord's anger burned against Israel, and He made them wander in the wilderness forty years, until the entire generation of those who had done evil in the sight of the Lord was destroyed.(nasb) ======= Numbers 32:14 ============ Num 32:14 And, behold, ye are risen up in your fathers' stead, an increase of sinful men, to augment yet the fierce anger of the LORD toward Israel.(KJV) Numbers 32:14 And behold, ye are risen vp in your fathers steade as an encrease of sinfull men, still to augment the fierce wrath of the Lord, toward Israel.(Geneva) Nombres 32:14 Et voici, vous prenez la place de vos pères comme des rejetons d'hommes pécheurs, pour rendre la colère de l'Eternel encore plus ardente contre Israël.(FR) 14 ׃32 וְהִנֵּ֣ה קַמְתֶּ֗ם תַּ֚חַת אֲבֹ֣תֵיכֶ֔ם תַּרְבּ֖וּת אֲנָשִׁ֣ים חַטָּאִ֑ים לִסְפּ֣וֹת ע֗וֹד עַ֛ל חֲר֥וֹן אַף־יְהוָ֖ה אֶל־יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃ Numbers Num 32:14 Now behold, you have risen up in your fathers' place, a brood of sinful men, to add still more to the burning anger of the Lord against Israel.(nasb) ======= Numbers 32:15 ============ Num 32:15 For if ye turn away from after him, he will yet again leave them in the wilderness; and ye shall destroy all this people.(KJV) Numbers 32:15 For if ye turne away from following him, he will yet againe leaue the people in the wildernesse, and ye shall destroy all this folke.(Geneva) Nombres 32:15 Car, si vous vous détournez de lui, il continuera de laisser Israël au désert, et vous causerez la perte de tout ce peuple.(FR) 15 ׃32 כִּ֤י תְשׁוּבֻן֙ מֵֽאַחֲרָ֔יו וְיָסַ֣ף ע֔וֹד לְהַנִּיח֖וֹ בַּמִּדְבָּ֑ר וְשִֽׁחַתֶּ֖ם לְכָל־הָעָ֥ם הַזֶּֽה׃ ס Numbers Num 32:15 For if you turn away from following Him, He will once more abandon them in the wilderness, and you will destroy all these people."(nasb) ======= Numbers 32:16 ============ Num 32:16 And they came near unto him, and said, We will build sheepfolds here for our cattle, and cities for our little ones:(KJV) Numbers 32:16 And they went neere to him, and said, We will builde sheepe foldes here for our sheepe, and for our cattell, and cities for our children.(Geneva) Nombres 32:16 Ils s'approchèrent de Moïse, et ils dirent: Nous construirons ici des parcs pour nos troupeaux et des villes pour nos petits enfants;(FR) 16 ׃32 וַיִּגְּשׁ֤וּ אֵלָיו֙ וַיֹּ֣אמְר֔וּ גִּדְרֹ֥ת צֹ֛אן נִבְנֶ֥ה לְמִקְנֵ֖נוּ פֹּ֑ה וְעָרִ֖ים לְטַפֵּֽנוּ׃ Numbers Num 32:16 Then they came near to him and said, "We will build here sheepfolds for our livestock and cities for our little ones;(nasb) ======= Numbers 32:17 ============ Num 32:17 But we ourselves will go ready armed before the children of Israel, until we have brought them unto their place: and our little ones shall dwell in the fenced cities because of the inhabitants of the land.(KJV) Numbers 32:17 But we our selues will be readie armed to go before the children of Israel, vntill we haue brought them vnto their place: but our childre shall dwell in the defenced cities, because of the inhabitants of the lande.(Geneva) Nombres 32:17 puis nous nous équiperons en hâte pour marcher devant les enfants d'Israël, jusqu'à ce que nous les ayons introduits dans le lieu qui leur est destiné; et nos petits enfants demeureront dans les villes fortes, à cause des habitants du pays.(FR) 17 ׃32 וַאֲנַ֜חְנוּ נֵחָלֵ֣ץ חֻשִׁ֗ים לִפְנֵי֙ בְּנֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל עַ֛ד אֲשֶׁ֥ר אִם־הֲבִֽיאֹנֻ֖ם אֶל־מְקוֹמָ֑ם וְיָשַׁ֤ב טַפֵּ֙נוּ֙ בְּעָרֵ֣י הַמִּבְצָ֔ר מִפְּנֵ֖י יֹשְׁבֵ֥י הָאָֽרֶץ׃ Numbers Num 32:17 but we ourselves will be armed ready to go before the sons of Israel, until we have brought them to their place, while our little ones live in the fortified cities because of the inhabitants of the land.(nasb) ======= Numbers 32:18 ============ Num 32:18 We will not return unto our houses, until the children of Israel have inherited every man his inheritance.(KJV) Numbers 32:18 We will not returne vnto our houses, vntil the children of Israel haue inherited, euery man his inheritance.(Geneva) Nombres 32:18 Nous ne retournerons point dans nos maisons avant que les enfants d'Israël aient pris possession chacun de son héritage;(FR) 18 ׃32 לֹ֥א נָשׁ֖וּב אֶל־בָּתֵּ֑ינוּ עַ֗ד הִתְנַחֵל֙ בְּנֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל אִ֖ישׁ נַחֲלָתֽוֹ׃ Numbers Num 32:18 We will not return to our homes until every one of the sons of Israel has possessed his inheritance.(nasb) ======= Numbers 32:19 ============ Num 32:19 For we will not inherit with them on yonder side Jordan, or forward; because our inheritance is fallen to us on this side Jordan eastward.(KJV) Numbers 32:19 Neither wil we inherite with them beyond Iorden and on that side, because our inheritance is fallen to vs on this side Iorden Eastwarde.(Geneva) Nombres 32:19 et nous ne posséderons rien avec eux de l'autre côté du Jourdain, ni plus loin, puisque nous aurons notre héritage de ce côté-ci du Jourdain, à l'orient.(FR) 19 ׃32 כִּ֣י לֹ֤א נִנְחַל֙ אִתָּ֔ם מֵעֵ֥בֶר לַיַּרְדֵּ֖ן וָהָ֑לְאָה כִּ֣י בָ֤אָה נַחֲלָתֵ֙נוּ֙ אֵלֵ֔ינוּ מֵעֵ֥בֶר הַיַּרְדֵּ֖ן מִזְרָֽחָה׃ פ Numbers Num 32:19 For we will not have an inheritance with them on the other side of the Jordan and beyond, because our inheritance has fallen to us on this side of the Jordan toward the east."(nasb) ======= Numbers 32:20 ============ Num 32:20 And Moses said unto them, If ye will do this thing, if ye will go armed before the LORD to war,(KJV) Numbers 32:20 And Moses saide vnto them, If ye will doe this thing, and goe armed before the Lord to warre:(Geneva) Nombres 32:20 Moïse leur dit: Si vous faites cela, si vous vous armez pour combattre devant l'Eternel,(FR) 20 ׃32 וַיֹּ֤אמֶר אֲלֵיהֶם֙ מֹשֶׁ֔ה אִֽם־תַּעֲשׂ֖וּן אֶת־הַדָּבָ֣ר הַזֶּ֑ה אִם־תֵּחָֽ[m]לְצ֛וּ לִפְנֵ֥י יְהוָ֖ה לַמִּלְחָמָֽה׃ Numbers Num 32:20 So Moses said to them, "If you will do this, if you will arm yourselves before the Lord for the war,(nasb) ======= Numbers 32:21 ============ Num 32:21 And will go all of you armed over Jordan before the LORD, until he hath driven out his enemies from before him,(KJV) Numbers 32:21 And will goe euery one of you in harnesse ouer Iorden before the Lorde, vntill he hath cast out his enemies from his sight:(Geneva) Nombres 32:21 si tous ceux de vous qui s'armeront passent le Jourdain devant l'Eternel jusqu'à ce qu'il ait chassé ses ennemis loin de sa face,(FR) 21 ׃32 וְעָבַ֨ר לָכֶ֧ם כָּל־חָל֛וּץ אֶת־הַיַּרְדֵּ֖ן לִפְנֵ֣י יְהוָ֑ה עַ֧ד הוֹרִישׁ֛וֹ אֶת־אֹיְבָ֖יו מִפָּנָֽיו׃ Numbers Num 32:21 and all of you armed men cross over the Jordan before the Lord until He has driven His enemies out from before Him,(nasb) ======= Numbers 32:22 ============ Num 32:22 And the land be subdued before the LORD: then afterward ye shall return, and be guiltless before the LORD, and before Israel; and this land shall be your possession before the LORD.(KJV) Numbers 32:22 And vntill the land be subdued before the Lorde, then ye shall returne and be innocent toward the Lorde, and toward Israel: and this land shalbe your possession before the Lorde.(Geneva) Nombres 32:22 et si vous revenez seulement après que le pays aura été soumis devant l'Eternel, -vous serez alors sans reproche vis-à-vis de l'Eternel et vis-à-vis d'Israël, et cette contrée-ci sera votre propriété devant l'Eternel.(FR) 22 ׃32 וְנִכְבְּשָׁ֨ה הָאָ֜רֶץ לִפְנֵ֤י יְהוָה֙ וְאַחַ֣ר תָּשֻׁ֔בוּ וִהְיִיתֶ֧ם נְקִיִּ֛ים מֵיְהוָ֖ה וּמִיִּשְׂרָאֵ֑ל וְ֠הָיְתָה הָאָ֨רֶץ הַזֹּ֥את לָכֶ֛ם לַאֲחֻזָּ֖ה לִפְנֵ֥י יְהוָֽה׃ Numbers Num 32:22 and the land is subdued before the Lord, then afterward you shall return and be free of obligation toward the Lord and toward Israel, and this land shall be yours for a possession before the Lord.(nasb) ======= Numbers 32:23 ============ Num 32:23 But if ye will not do so, behold, ye have sinned against the LORD: and be sure your sin will find you out.(KJV) Numbers 32:23 But if ye will not doe so, beholde, ye haue sinned against the Lorde, and be sure, that your sinne will finde you out.(Geneva) Nombres 32:23 Mais si vous ne faites pas ainsi, vous péchez contre l'Eternel; sachez que votre péché vous atteindra.(FR) 23 ׃32 וְאִם־לֹ֤א תַעֲשׂוּן֙ כֵּ֔ן הִנֵּ֥ה חֲטָאתֶ֖ם לַיהוָ֑ה וּדְעוּ֙ חַטַּאתְכֶ֔ם אֲשֶׁ֥ר תִּמְצָ֖א אֶתְכֶֽם׃ Numbers Num 32:23 But if you will not do so, behold, you have sinned against the Lord, and be sure your sin will find you out.(nasb) ======= Numbers 32:24 ============ Num 32:24 Build you cities for your little ones, and folds for your sheep;
